"Awesome place to stay at with a pool that’s open from 10am-6pm. The free parking is super convenient and the staff was helpful in extending my stay in the same apartment after I changed my mind and provided me with additional amenities when requested. Only issues were which that the lock for the toilet doesn’t work and the toilet is very cramped up. Definitely recommend this aparthotel!"

"Hotel on the port of Santa Lucia and right next to the Saint Raphaël convention center. Walk between 20 and 30 min. to access the city center but entirely doable. Free parking until May 31 all around the hotel. Lots of restaurants, Spar supermarket nearby. Very good superior room with sea and port view. Complete breakfast with good products. Hotel recommended for its calm too."

"Posizionato strategicamente vicino al porto, ma in una zona isolata dal traffico e dal rumore, questo albergo ha camere pulite, dotate di tutti i confort e di un bagno con la doccia più bella che io abbia visto nei miei viaggi. La nostra camera era in realtà un mini appartamento con una zona cottura completa di piccola lavastoviglie, oltre al frigo ed un piano cottura elettrico. Ovviamente erano a disposizione anche le stoviglie, pentole, padelle, piatti, etc. In camera c'è anche una macchina per il caffè nespresso, con capsule fornite dalla struttura.
La reception ha una zona dedicata alle colazioni, ed è disponibile, a pagamento, un parcheggio ”interno”. In alternativa, a poca distanza ci sono alcuni parcheggi coperti comunali. Tutti i parcheggi lungo le strade vicine sono a pagamento, con prezzi abbastanza alti. Non abbiamo provato la SPA, che si trova nell'edificio prospiciente, per mancanza di tempo. I clienti dell'albergo hanno uno sconto del 15% sui trattamenti. Peccato per i canali televisivi disponibili solo in francese. Operazioni di check-in e check-out rapidissime!"

KKenzaouzaJust PERFECT! CLEAN and very well located. Even without having the buffet breakfast you have access all day in a large, very friendly room with fruits, coffee machine, hot chocolate, cappuccino, biscuits, dried fruits, fresh fruit juice, loose tea ... The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is super comfortable. Only small downside no private parking for the car.

The hotel hall is nice!
The only complaint is about the position that is next to a highway or sort of and it is not particularly nice/safe to cross it by night as the area around towards the city center is not well enlighted and very few people by night.

MMiss Arielly RibeiroUnfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash.
But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building.
When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning.
I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments.
I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either.
The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included.
