The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either.
The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included.
Also, I found it quite strange that I wasn’t allowed into the pool with a brand new swim short. They said only traditional swimwear (briefs or tight-fitting swimsuits) were allowed for ”hygiene reasons,” which I don’t really understand. My swim short was completely clean and never worn before.

RRainbowheartBreakfast did not eat, dinner food is the most unpalatable French dish I have ever eaten, duck breast meat feels like a semi-finished skewers bought by the supermarket, snails are the supermarket's quick freeze after thawing, the room is small, after the payment is upgraded to a family room, this town is not popular. Arrived at 2 pm and was told that you need to wait for an hour at the front desk. Although the room is good, the check-in time is three o'clock and cannot be advanced. Not recommended.

GGavinConvenient location for the train station and old town area. Mostly clean, but the floor needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly. Bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed. No air conditioning, but that's my fault for assuming and not checking.

AAGATA SAENKOЗаселились в номер, со входа сразу бросились в глаза неподметенные волосы на полу, дверь в ванну не закрывалась полностью и оставалась слегка приоткрытой, что очень сильно смущало, в душе - черная плесень, вода в раковине не уходила, розетка отходила от стены, кровать скрипела при любом движении. Попросили администратора заменить номер, номер заменили, спасибо. Новый номер был намного лучше, все работало, мы выдохнули, но и тут нарвались на фигню - в туалете при въезде были ”следы предыдущих жильцов” под крышкой унитаза... Не хочется, конечно, придираться, но впечатление правда было не из лучших. Возможно, стоит провести беседу с персоналом или установить какой-то контроль над уборкой.
