"Great hotel, in a fab location - close to the centre, close to our friends house. Good breakfast. The bed was quite hard, so uncomfortable for me, as I have spinal problems, but otherwise the room was fine."
"The hotel was nice even though the bathroom, which was wet room style, was not really to my taste.
Location was good within a shortish walk from the town centre. The bed let the room down as was far too firm for my liking. We were also disappointed that the window could not be opened
The breakfast was ok but a little disappointed that fried eggs could not be available. But all in all, not a bad choice for an overnight stay"
"The staff were so friendly and breakfast well-organised. It’s the only one where we’ve been able to take our dog in. The hotel is located well for Exeter, Dartmoor and the seaside."
"Super clean! Convenient location. Although with no laundry service or microwaves for guests, the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and coffee every day. Still a good choice for students to stay for a summer gap if your student accommodation cannot help with that."
"We found our stay at this hotel very convenient. It was just off the M5 motorway and it was like a separate apartment where we could park right outside our hotel room which was all ground level., The room was clean and tidy had a TV and comfortable beds with extra pillows and the heating.,
They had extra toilets in the foyer and the breakfast included was really top-notch for the price."
"The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!"
"Because I went to school here seven years ago, this is the hotel closest to the train station. I came out and it didn’t take two minutes to walk. This time I came back for honeymoon. Because it’s close to the station, it’s convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are normal and soundproofed. The breakfast is too good. My daughter-in-law likes coffee. Costa’s special breakfast is better than holiday inn, but the room is not as good as the holiday inn in London. Next time I come to Ai Village, I will stay here again. Recommend BTW The second one is the Chinese restaurant we used to eat. The third one next is my student dormitory, not far from the hotel, and finally put a photo of my alma mater to miss cu next time."
"Our superior king room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Very large bathroom too with a large bath and separate shower cubicle. Bed was very comfortable and the room had lovely views. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We drove to the hotel from the A38 to the hotel and the lanes were narrow (as are many lanes in Devon and Cornwall) but the drive through Haldon Forest was beautiful. We drove out the other way through Ide village onto the A30 which was a bit wider! Would definitely stay again."
"It's very good. It's worth recommending. It's very good. My friends like it very much. Next time, I'll take my family to check in. Breakfast is rich, transportation is convenient, and the couple's attitude is also very good."
