"Hotel is ideal for all local amenities, it comes with a fridge and microwave good shower room and well serviced. Only complaint is that the beds are so low it's impossible for anyone with any disabilities to get in and out of bed and is only reason I won't be staying again."

"Stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Great location, just five minutes from the metro. Wi-Fi could be faster but overall a pleasant stay."

"I stayed here alone for business. It was a good location for me as I was driving somewhere the next day, but this hotel didn’t seem to be near anywhere so you couldn’t walk to a town or anything. The room was nice, and comfortable. The swimming pool was ok but the larger hot tub was cold in temperature in my opinion. I also didn’t like that the lockers in changing rooms needed a padlock to be used. As a hotel guest I don’t make a habit of carrying a padlock with me for use in a situation like this. So I had to carry all my stuff into the pool area rather than leave in the locker room. The bar could definitely do with a face lift to make it a nicer place to sit in an evening, especially as there isn’t really anywhere else to go. The food I had was ok at best, breakfast was also good."

"Great location in town centre. Car park 3 minute walk behind hotel. Rooms seem recently refurbished as exceptionally clean and very quiet. The receptionist was very helpful. Overall, a great stay."

"Living in the Tudor Dynasty hotel 500 years ago is a unique experience, and the room is quite large, the bathroom is also very good, the hotel is located on the ancient pedestrian street of Gloucester, a short distance from the cathedral, the downstairs bar is full of medieval style and the price is very affordable. Definitely recommended. The legendary bath water temperature is unstable~ It doesn't exist to adjust it. The stairs are really narrow but they are the characteristics of the old house!"

"Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water."

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."
