"No issues with room, comfortable bed.
Issue after checkout as the hotel called and left a message asking for money for an adjustment on the booking that I didn't make. I did atrempt to correct my name as it showed up as Newma not Newman, but that's a correction not an adjustment that should cost money when it wasn't my mistake. Also when I checked in it still showed up at the hotel as Newma, so the correction hadn't been made."

GGuest UserThe room was a bit thin, but there was a microwave and a kettle. I stayed for two nights. The next day, there were new towels and coffee at the door, so that they did not disturb the guests. The hotel is not too far from several attractions in the city center. The train station is also a minute walk. We went to Bath by train in the morning. 𨔼, the train ticket bought a more cost-effective return ticket open ⋯⋯ The only hotel is fine to provide face tissue .

GGuest UserWe stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather.
The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel.
The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment.
The staff were very pleasant at all times.

GGuest UserFriendly and welcoming staff and in great location. However, very dated, shower mouldy, toilet didn’t flush properly and room in need of a good clean and referb. Was offered a use of a kitchen which was a good added bonus.
