"No issues with room, comfortable bed.
Issue after checkout as the hotel called and left a message asking for money for an adjustment on the booking that I didn't make. I did atrempt to correct my name as it showed up as Newma not Newman, but that's a correction not an adjustment that should cost money when it wasn't my mistake. Also when I checked in it still showed up at the hotel as Newma, so the correction hadn't been made."

GGuest UserPerfect stay! Staff were lovely, food was good and thanks to Leann & Tyler for going above & beyond and making our trip all the more memorable!
Food was enjoyable and fresh. The spa and massage were lovely, and the jacuzzi was powerful and warm. Dinner was excellent, and the wait for it was worth it. Definitely reccomend the lamb dish! The breakfast was generous and we enjoyed all of it apart from the mushrooms as they were a bit plain.
The superior king bed we booked was slightly uncomfortable due to it being two twins pushed together, but the room was very spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing.
We would stay again, thanks for having us!

GGuest UserThe room was a bit thin, but there was a microwave and a kettle. I stayed for two nights. The next day, there were new towels and coffee at the door, so that they did not disturb the guests. The hotel is not too far from several attractions in the city center. The train station is also a minute walk. We went to Bath by train in the morning. 𨔼, the train ticket bought a more cost-effective return ticket open ⋯⋯ The only hotel is fine to provide face tissue .

GGuest UserGreat location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.
