"Speedy check-in, perfect location for airport. Lovely room, huge! Room 368, however the toilet did not flush every time but that was the only thing wrong. Lovely gesture of a chunky cookie on check-in"
"The first room I was given had a weird acrylic smell, which turned out to be due to a new bathroom being fitted, but the receptionist was great and got me another room just a few doors down so I didn’t have to move far. It was clean, quiet and had all amenities I needed. Ideal for a stay close to the airport!"
"Fantastic friendly helpful staff that go above and beyond.
Great facilities.
Beds very comfortable. Only one small niggle and that was the room could do with a mirror."
"Very good hotel with very kind staff, everything was clean. Staff provided everything. They also have free hot water on the first floor, people can make a hot tea or coffee there. And there is also bar with snacks and cold drinks. Only thing that can be improved is bathroom, I think there should be separate bathroom for each room. I think it is not related to each room, but only for very affordable rooms. Overall, it is good hotel and I recommend it."
"Great hotel & staff
Previously a marriott so rooms are of very good quality the hotel is is a little run down in places but are you really bothered at this price! It's certainly cheaper and cheerful, free WiFi, free parking, food is expensive but there's more options across the road. Leisure club is £5 extra"
"Good location, not too far of a walk to the metro station, convenience with restaurant (chain), groceries shop and petrol station closed by. The hotel was average with only one lift working tho, comfortable bed but pillow isn't, good hand and shower Rituals products but our shower gel not been refilled and just thinning - we had to ask them to refill, average breakfast, big carpark"
"The staff was super kind and helpful! They helped us check-in early and ALSO check-out later with no issue whatsoever!
We also had an issue with the electricity in our room and, after explaining them the situation, they very promptly gave us another room so we could get ready for our event! Not only, in the end there was no need for another room because they rapidly fixed the issue!
Would 100% recommend! The location was also great for both short Uber trips and short walking based on what you prefer/need!"
"The apartment was very nice and also bigger than we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. They also allowed us to take our dog at the last minute as we were let down. It cos £20. It was close to where we were going to see the concert (a 4 minute walk)
The only problem was I paid trip in advance , and Roomzzz charged me again, which I had to ring and find out what was going on. They have said the money will be back in the account in a few days, so let's see"
"The hotel staff were very friendly & very attentive, which was lovely. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice to have a lot of space.
The shower pressure was great and the room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was very lumpy/had a dip in it, so unfortunately, wasn't the best night's sleep and I woke up with a bad back, but this may have just been the room I was in.
The breakfast in the morning was average compared to other breakfast buffet's I have had in hotels recently but the atmosphere was very chilled.
For a one night stay, the hotel did the job."
"Everything was amazing apart of loudness from local nightclubs with all disco music and shoutings as glazing is not perfect"

Very Good
AAnonymous UserFrankly, the size of the room is beyond my imagination, very spacious apartment. The kitchen has everything that should be set. You can make breakfast and dinner yourself. We have one night to make our own seafood dinner. You can wash clothes. It feels like home. The facilities are old. Travel is also very convenient, very close to the train station and supermarket, will consider here next time.
PPieter BrolsmaGreat if you have to be in this area, nice bars inside the hotel. It is a bit outdated compared to more modern hotels and personally I don't like carpet flooring too much but it's typical in the older hotels in the UK, at least they were clean and had no bad smell. Supermarket very close by. Metrostation jesmond West around 6 minutes walking distance.
GGuest UserThis hotel is, at most, a 20 seconds walk to the train station.
My room was clean and had everything I needed.
Unfortunately my stay was too short to try the leisure facilities or the breakfast this time but Im sure they will be good.
Check in and out were quick and easy and the staff were lovely.
Value for money is a definite
DDisney 345The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.
GGuest UserRoom ok, staff friendly, downstairs is the Blance bar where you have 25% discount on food and drink, the only negative note is the breakfast is not like in the photos and they don't have a coffee machine but a machine that dispenses everything with blends
HHenyoushanyoutaoI arrived a day early due to the wrong flight, so I booked this inn at the airport because it was the only triple room available near the airport. It took a short taxi ride to get there, the reception was very warm, the room rate of more than 300 yuan was very cheap, the shared bathroom, I don't know if I didn't adjust it well, there was no hot water, the room was relatively small, the bedding was very clean, Newcastle was a bit cold this season, the room was heated in the second half of the night. There is a supermarket near the inn.
