"Carpark a little small but you can use next door. Room a little tired with marks on carpet. Quiet room and good sleep. Breakfast included which was good quality, however coffee machine not great."
"Only a one night stay, very modern room . Bathroom clean very poor. Black hair on the floor, cob webs above shower. Towel rail dirty . Toilet brush needs replacing.
Very hot room facing to the sun, although fan provided too hot to sleep. Not offered an alternative. No explanation regarding breakfast set up and what to do.
Good continental breakfast selection.
Person that answered the phone day before said hello . Needs training."
"My stay at the Holiday Inn is generally a pleasure, but my recent experience deviated from the norm, marking a mix of expectations and reality. Initially, I was assured by the service team over the phone that my premium king room would include a microwave oven, an amenity I looked forward to utilizing during my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon arrival, leading to a slight inconvenience.
Furthermore, I encountered minor cleanliness issues, which, although not drastically affecting my overall comfort, did catch my attention.
Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its unbeatable location. Situated conveniently close to the railway station and the city center.
Additionally, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the service team were impressive."
"Really enjoyed our relaxing spa break break. Spa was available from 6am till 10pm with no pre booking which was superb. Building was clean, the young receptionist was ever so smiley and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the lounge bar was great. Garden area were beautiful, golf course was nice. Highly to"
"I stayed here when I was on a business trip in Norwich. The environment is great. It's just a manor hotel. The facilities are too old. The floor is creaky. The facilities in the room are very old. The third and fourth tier hotels in China are better than this. If you are a pretentious person, forget it. The environment is still very good. The air is very fresh. The breakfast is also OK. Anyway, it's just an ordinary British meal."
"This hotel provides great value for money, especially due to the leisure facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The room service is well priced and the service is prompt."
"The hotel has a history of hundreds of years. When you go to have breakfast, you will find it has a sense of history. You can go for a stroll in the church opposite, which has hundreds of years of history. The entire city is full of hundreds of years old buildings, so you can go out and walk around when you have time. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, a ten-minute walk away."
"Very convenient for the city centre. The independent cafes & restaurants of St Benedicts are very close. WiFi isn't great, but the hotel is clean, warm and well soundproofed. You don't really use a Premier Inn for more than sleeping and this is fine. Duke St car park is next door for an additional charge"
"Very British country-style old house remodeled hotel, especially quiet at night. There is still a little distance from the city center, but free parking is available."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, we were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our very comfortable room , nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We booked an evening meal which was really excellent, enjoyed a great nights sleep and then had a really good breakfast
Thank you all at the Buckinghamshire hotel for making our stay really enjoyable
AAnthony Francis-ZambraAnother wonderful stay at Wayford Bridge! The staff were friendly and attentive as always and the room was lovely.
The breakfast is very good and really sets you up for the day.
Thank you.
AAMAingeA lovely hotel, across from river moorings, and in a peaceful setting. The Staff were very helpful, even carrying my case up the quirky staircase. The room was clean, with good decor, and facilities. The en-suite had a bath and shower, which was a bonus. The only downside was limited plug sockets, but it was a minor issue.
The hotel itself is welcoming, with some low doorways and corridors, adding to the original features. And despite a mix of old/new decor as they continue to make improvements, it had a very relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfast was lovely, well-cooked with lots of flavour (great bacon and sausage!) We didn't use the bar, outdoor seating or garden, but the Kids Play area looked fun!
HHera HoltA potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.
GGuest UserNice hotel with simple equipment.
Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Friendly staff
My room looks out to the church, very pleasant.
If you have another chance, you will stay again.
The only room has no hair dryer.
GGuest UserLittle bit dated but staff were very friendly, rooms were clean despite needing a bit of a make over. Zero Wi-Fi in the rooms which was frustrating. Second time staying at this hotel as the surroundings and golf course are stunning.
ZZara MonicaBooked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.
