"Very clean - the single bed exceeded expectations. Shower room a little way away was a little bit weird. Otherwise, friendly helpful staff and decent clean accommodation."

"Very convenient for the city centre. The independent cafes & restaurants of St Benedicts are very close. WiFi isn't great, but the hotel is clean, warm and well soundproofed. You don't really use a Premier Inn for more than sleeping and this is fine. Duke St car park is next door for an additional charge"

" Very nice hotel. We had a great couple of days. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and nice. The food in a restaurant was good although we had dinner only once. The spa was a nice treat, especially enjoyed the steam room. "

"Friendly staff and great spot for me and my friend as we both have mobility issues. Just across the road from Norwich station. Very good price, lovely breakfast what is there to like. I read some reviews saying the food was bad it wasn't and also the bar was dirty this wasn't my experience. It is not the Ritz but it was clean, accessible and secure staff lovely."

"Whilst the room was beautiful and clean, the service let the place down. Waited fir 15 minutes to book in, found out about a hotel carpark fee when we arrived. Breakfast was slow and gad to call someone over to get a coffee refill. Builing and room were lovely"

"The location is very good. It near bus stop going to city center, near retail park with supermarket like Morrison, near restaurants such as Yellows. The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night."

"The hotel has a history of hundreds of years. When you go to have breakfast, you will find it has a sense of history. You can go for a stroll in the church opposite, which has hundreds of years of history. The entire city is full of hundreds of years old buildings, so you can go out and walk around when you have time. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, a ten-minute walk away."
