Disadvantages: The room we were assigned was at the end of a very long and winding corridor (the hotel was fully booked that day), and carrying the heavy luggage up and down the stairs was quite strenuous for us, so it felt like it was not worth the price. And there is a lot of thick scale inside the water boiler? (I don't know what kind of dirt it is), we dare not use it at all."

"Very satisfied with hotel facilities and services. Arriving early, I stored my luggage and received the room key. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, my luggage had been put in the room. "Such a great team, extremely friendly they have just refurbished the rooms and hotel The mocktails were amazing The food is extremely good, I actually invited my local friends down for Dinner and lunch and they were talking about it the next day which is always a good sign. I would definitely stay again the only thing I would say, is the beds/mattress are extremely firm. But everything else is perfect 👌"

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was top floor which made all the difference to how settled I felt (it’s my preference). Room was quiet, comfy, and had plenty of space just for me. Would stay again. Only niggle is I wished breakfast started an hour earlier ok the weekend… 7am would’ve been ideal."

"The location is super good, close to the cathedral, and the service standards of chain hotels are met. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. The advantage is that the environment of the breakfast room is really good, and it takes a little longer to cook breakfast every time."

"The best hotel we have been in this trip, lovely buildings, nice reception, and a perfect breakfast, room is big and bed is very soft and comfortable. Very clean and quiet for a nice evening, outside you can see the cathedral, generally, I will choose here again in the future"

"Great apartment in a great location. Had some of my best away from home sleeps here as it was some much like being in a home. Had almost everything I needed with some minor niggles. Would definitely stay again. My niggles were: WiFi was poor, had to use hotspot to do Teams meetings and affected the TV which was slow and kept loosing the channel signal. Although lots of kitchen ware no small pans. The coffee pods were not very nice, reverted to instant. Toilet roll holder needs some sealant inside to help fix it (plumber trick)."
