"Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent."

"The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend."

"This was a good hotel for the night. Nothing special about the room, but the lobby looks nice and the staff is helpful. It’s not too far from the Taj Mahal, but you cannot see the Taj Mahal from the building at night since the Taj Mahal is not lit up at night."

"The staff went out of the way to help us on numerous occasions. The female breakfast chef, Babita, even made us some gluten free bread to take as snacks during our Agra visits.  We also enjoyed the gym and pool and the neighboring cafes (all within a 10 minute-walk)!"

"I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!"

"I couldn't find anything I was dissatisfied with. There were no problems with the shower water pressure, hot water temperature, drainage, or smell, which are of concern to Japanese people. The shower room also had a glass door, so the toilet floor didn't get soaked. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was very satisfying. The front desk staff are always smiling, and although the exchange rate isn't very good, they will exchange your money for Japanese yen."
