This is a new hotel, facilities are spotlessly clean, modern, and intuitive to guests. Staff are wonderful and helpful, and they helped me get settled in despite my midnight arrival. The ambiance is overall tasteful and inviting. Special to Satish, Santosh, and the wonderful staff of the hotel. They spared no effort in making guests feel welcome. Food choices for breakfast and supper are varied with local and western favourites. Breakfast was a particular highlight, featuring food from around the subcontinent, and daily selections are rotated - making breakfast something of a welcome surprise to look forward to. I will be back.

I had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location is convenient for visiting the Taj Mahal and other attractions in Agra. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our vacation was unforgettable. There were a few minor downsides, but we didn't pay them any mind. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The pool was great and warm. I especially want to highlight the breakfast and dinner buffets – they were magnificent. We had a fantastic time at Marriott Arghe and will definitely be back!

Cleaning was not nice from check in. Bed linen old stain setting done. Toilet and sink are little dirty than other country martiot hotel. I booked for one twin bed room and one king bed room. They assign me in both king bedroom. I went in front and ask for twin room but the hotel occupancy was full and could not provide. So i asked if they could give extra bed as compliment but they refused and said they will change the room next night but not talked or asked the next day. There was slipper in one room and not set in another room so i called them and ask for slippers they said ok but dis not delivered. Also aaked in person but did not receive. Staff was all food and helpful but service was not soo nice than other marriot hotel. I hope they could improve their cleaning in toilet and basin areas and use a nice bed linens.

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

Everything was up to mark. The room was neat & clean. Food was also quite expensive but it was ok. I chose thali which was good in taste & quantity was ok for one person.

The hotel is quite strategic and there are lots of places to eat, I recommend it at very low prices on Trip.com
