"I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable.
A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home.
Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests.
Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!"

Amazing
GGuest UserI loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations
GGuest UserAmazing place to be food is amazing. Comfortable rooms mattress are not too soft which becomes uncomfortable. Staff is also very courteous. Must recommend to everyone in the perfect budget.
EEddieb2bThe perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel.
The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything.
The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice.
From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees).
The dinner was great.
And the best thing is a swimming pool.
OOrontius Mark AnthonyStaying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect the rich Mughal heritage. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.
GGuest UserPlace has a lot of potential. Nice building and nice rooms. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Our room was clean on the surface (clean bedsheets, toilet, sink etc), but everything else is very dirty (cupboard, mirror, parts of the floor - under the bed and behind the door - walls) were very dirty. Some stains in the hallway were there for multiple days. Had to ask reception 3x for towels (wait time: 22 hours) en 4x for toilet paper (wait time: 6 hrs). It's not really that close to East Gate to walk comfortably on a major road, but the subway is very near. Our stay was comfortable, but a little more effort, and this place would be great.
FFresh Prince HarithI had an exceptional stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, India. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were outstanding. The hotel’s modern and elegant design perfectly blended with the cultural charm of Agra, making it a relaxing and luxurious retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment after a day of sightseeing.
One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The food was another highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed both the international and local Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas.
The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in this beautiful city.
DDanielle JadeThis hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.
ZZHIHAOGo to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India. The service is good, it may be the legacy of the old British colony, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is not far from the Taj Mahal, more than 1 km, the hotel is opposite the military camp, I heard that security is guaranteed. Overall it can.
GGuest UserEverything was up to mark. The room was neat & clean. Food was also quite expensive but it was ok. I chose thali which was good in taste & quantity was ok for one person.
