SSmike1988Amazing experience for one night, the people that own Bansi looked after us incredibly well. They made sure we knew when to visit the Taj Mahal, and had breakfast ready for us when we returned. Lovely people and lovely home stay.

GGuest UserOverall my stay was satisfactory the hotel interior / ambience is very good. Rooms were clean amd the staff was also good including the room service. But the bathroom could be more clean. It was ok. Location of the hotel is good. I liked my saty.

Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

GGuest Userto be honest, this is the only hotel in agra which has the taj mahal’s closest straight view hospitality was top notch(specially from raju and son)
rooms were very good (superior double bedroom)
ground floor cafe is good, terrace cafe is decent but view makes it good
food/kitchen area is hygienic and clean. taste is okayish but homely. and to top it off, taj mahal entry gate would be just 100steps away🤩 few issues in parking space but it’s manageable.

GGuest UserRoom was ok, but bit expensive. Parking is good and staff is also helpful. Room is ordinary as per the price. As it is not a big hotel, so dont expect buffet system, in breakfast you have to choose 1 option out of four and only 2 piece would be provided like only 2 paranthas, or only sandwich or only poha, you cant get all. It is near to mall road. If you need only room with not so much services then go for it.
