Good service, good breakfast , Hotel cleaning is very good. Staff behavior & Reception was nice characters. I am check Inn past 7 tears. I conducted many program in Halls. We felt very happy every time with good hospitality. We will conduct many programs in future.

I had a great stay at the royalton on my recent trip to hyderabad. They upgraded my room to executive room for free while i booked the std. Stay. It was a nice gesture. Also the chef at restra was very accomodative, he prepared jain food at my request and it was pretty tasty. All in all, i would recommend.

I stayed in Balcony hotel during my short trip of 3 nights to Hyderabad Madhapur in Aug 2023, the hotel is in very nice location, the rooms, service are excellent. Nice ventilation, nice beds, clean toilets and great room service. I will stay at this place during all my trips and recommend to everyone who visits Madahapur for family, business, leisure trips.

We had a family get-together of around 100 + guests for 2 days here in August 2021. Right from the discussion and negotiations, the entire team, especially Mr. Ibrahim Khan and Mr. Rambabu were very understanding and co-operative. For a good stay, 3 things are important i.e. the facilities and its maintenance, food and the attitude of staff and service. We did not have any reason to complain about any of these 3 and all the guests had good things to say about the food, the maintenance and also the staff. We had wanted food for all the three days to be Jain and the Chef actually made such awesome Jain food that our guests did not realise that they were eating Jain Food. Location of the hotel is also in the heart of the city and we had booked 50 out of the 60 rooms they have. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back to you.

Amazing experience! Had a great stay and loved the food at their Restaurant by the name ***bhawan. The rooms were very decent and we were very satisfied with the service and the Great clips salon which they had was a bonus for us.

I made a casual visit to know the details of the service apt in person. .The exterior look of the building and the location is awesome. Inspected one or two rooms for having an idea. The latch fixed in one of the room is not in good condition. Further after entering into the balcony side, noticed that the back side of the wooden door is damaged giving shabby look. When the same was pointed out to the executive of the Aptment she was not happy with my comment and gave rude reply giving less respect to the feedback of the visitor. I request the proprietor of the Apt to advise the staff to behave accordingly. Other than this the property is really good.

The location is very good, in the central area of Hyderabad, there is a lot to eat around. The hotel environment is also very good, and the service is very attentive.

The hotel lobby is a bit smaller, the price is not cheap, there is a shopping mall opposite. The room was quite large, the bed was comfortable, the shower was large, and the welcome fruit was great. Crossing the road is very difficult. The scent of the room is pungent. The front desk service was good.

The front desk service is good and efficient. Hotel location is good, convenient transportation, not too many facilities. The room is not big, but the design is very practical, good health, and stayed in praise. Very clean! The buffet is especially delicious! The quality of the service staff is very high! The room was in very good condition, the quilt was very comfortable and the double bed was wide. Not bad, business meeting, good location
