Find the Cheap Crecchio Hotels

We stayed at hotel villa medici while visiting family to celebrate a wedding. We had fond memories of the hotel from a previous stay however we ended up very disappointed. The rooms were clean however the beds were uncomfortable with limited space to keep our luggage. We only stayed 3 nights (one of the days we were at the wedding and the other two we planned on staying by the pool and enjoying the sun which was the reason for the choice of this particular hotel). One day we were told there were no life guards from 1-3pm so we couldn’t use the pool and the other day we were told to leave the outside space completely as they had a function on for a wedding they were accommodating. We had paid for the facilities, however were told we weren’t allowed to use them. The indoor pool was also closed as they said it was only opened from September during the winter period, however this as well as the lack of lifeguard and the fact there was a wedding on so we couldn’t use the facilities was not communicated and not evident anywhere on the website. The receptionist was rude and very abrupt and when we asked to speak to the manager to resolve the issues he said he was busy and refused to show face. We waited around for him for 2 hours one day and 1 on the other day and although he was supposed to be there he hid away and let the receptionist deal with the matter at hand, to which she had no power over. The customer service here was very poor and we felt very let down and unwelcome. Between us we had 4 younger children who we had to find other entertainment for and we practically kicked out. only to be allowed in our rooms. If we had just wanted a place to sleep we would’ve booked elsewhere that was cheaper and more hospitable. We shall not be coming here again, although they offered us a stay for 2 people for one night we couldn’t accept that as compensation for a sour end to our lovely holiday, travelling all the way from England, baring in mind there were 9 of us in total. False advertising, bad customer service and a manager who hid away.

We booked a half-pense week in this hotel and we found ourselves very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and available, from the reception boys to the garbage (in particular Ermelinda, very nice and nice), and to the cleaners. Fantastic food, very rich breakfast and dinner/lunch made up of meals and boards buffet, first, second and sweet.Very good also the restaurant open only for lunch with paper menu and accessible to all bathrooms, as well as poker. At night, the “Abruzzo typical dinner” is often organized with all the region's typical products, both meat and fish. A 24-hour reception and parking available in the courtyard of the hotel (even the pay-pay garage). Tip: If you have a light sleep, ask not to be set in the rooms that look at the railway, even if it has not caused any problem to us. The hotel is directly on the beach. The club card (€35.00 per person) allows you to access the hotel pool (advice to carry the cuffy) and the hairdryer with a bed and a bed. The facility also provides sea chairs and shoes. Sandy beach, clean sea, where it is very pleasant to take long walks and bathrooms. One note: “the security officer” - as he likes to call himself - is a little bit superb to colleagues, we have seen a poor scene, but we must always be patient. The hotel is obviously super recommended!

Good cook and serveer and the boy who makes the mechanics.A little antipathic the cleaning woman.A little music missing at night.There is no entertainment.If you go to the nearby Hotel Mara at 4 Stars just consume and you can spend the evening there.

Siamo venuti in questo hotel incuriositi dal programma di quattro hotel di Bruna Barbieri. Abbiamo soggiornato per ben 14 giorni. All'arrivo ci si trova davanti a una bella scalinata per arrivare alla reception. Una volta registrati subito i documenti e avendo mio marito con una difficoltà motoria nel fare le scale, ho chiesto subito se c'era un ascensore e mi sono state date tutte le indicazioni. Camera al quarto piano con vista mare, un incanto, pulitissima e con un bel balcone spazioso. Non ci sono armadi chiusi e cassettiera, ma resta tutto comunque comodo. Bagno di giuste dimensioni, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia che non si chiudeva bene e ci si era allagata la stanza, ma chiamato il personale alla reception sono corsi subito prontamente a risolvere il problema e ad asciugare, quindi davvero grazie. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza. Al piano meno uno si trova la sala ristorante e colazione essendo ancora bella la stagione la cena l'abbiamo fatta sempre nella bellissima terrazza esterna al piano terra. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata con ottime torte e si possono trovare anche piccoli cornetti salati farciti, anche se non lo trovate scritto se chiedete vi posso o fare anche delle uova. Del ristorante che dire, mai mangiato così divinamente in nessun albergo, ottima.cucina e pesce freschissimo, il crudo di pesce merita di essere mangiato almeno una volta. Hanno una piscina, seppur esterna alla struttura, ben curata con ombrelloni,sdrai e un servizio bar. Per chi lo desidera si può.chiedere anche un pranzo che ti viene servito in sacchetti di carta e ben confezionato. Lo possono consegnare in piscina, spiaggia o anche in camera su richiesta. Hanno un parcheggio a due passi non sono segnalati i posti quindi si mette semplicemente l'auto dove si trova postoa.pursempre comodo. Davanti all'albergo attraversando la strada si trova una scala un po' lunga che porta alla spiaggia privata, avendo problemi con mio marito non abbiamo potuto sfruttarla perché non comodissima per chi ha qualche difficoltà motoria. Ho notato che sicuramente non è un albergo per lunghi soggiorni ma noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. È un albergo che fa anche da location a diversi eventi. Per quanto riguarda staff e personale tutti gentilissimi dal primo all'ultimo sia il personale delle pulizie, ristorazione e reception. Solo loro meriterebbero un dieci.
