"Very central, clean, good attention. The only counter is that they don't have hot water in the shower. When it goes well in the morning but afternoon not. A hurt because the place is beautiful."

"Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot."

"The dormitory is clean, with reading lights and outlets for each bed, and a locker for luggage. The room has a very bright atmosphere during the day with light coming in from a large window. It was quiet at night and I slept soundly. The temperature of the hot water in the shower is stable and the water pressure is reasonable. I was saved by renting a towel. The common space is large, and at night, guests can talk about travels and exchange information, creating an exchange with nature. The kitchen is clean and equipped with cooking utensils, and it is comfortable to prepare your own meals. Location was within walking distance to tourist spots and markets, bus stops were close, no trouble moving"

"Hotel is centrally located close to everythjng in walking distance. There is a kitchen area with coffee and water but we didnt use it. Reception was great as they allowed us to check jn earlier and also booked us a taxi to the airport when we left. Rooms are small but comfortable and with aircondition. Bathroom and shower are good but our room was very smelly throughout our stay not sure where from, either the window which cant close or the toilet. Quite noisy in the morning from all the birds in the garden which might wake you up if you wake up early easilly."

"A super nice hostel. We loved the kitchen and free water and coffee. The staff is very helpfull and the location is super central. The bathroom was clean most of the time and the room is ok (2 pers room)."
