"Location-wise is superb because its in the middle of the city, most places are walkable / cheap grab fees because near to everywhere. Cleanliness is good. Facilities understandable, even though looks like old furniture but the bed and mattress is heaven. I love the sleeping experience. Service was 5 star too, because i arrived earlier than expected but the receptionist is very helpful and managed to help me check in to a just-checked-out room as early as 10.30am, even when i said i was willing to wait. Overall experience, good and will repeat this hotel."

"It is so easy to book this hotel through ***********. I checked in to this facility for one night stay. No deposit required, easy check out too. Apart from the basic toiletries, hairdryer and iron with iron board is provided too. We get 2 single beds which view is facing the hallway but it was nice though because we can see the light. Not too far from airport which cost us only Rm11. Did not get to try their breakfast otherwise quite satisfied with my stay and their service"

"We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Bibina with drinks and towels, a great first impression. The Bonzer Restaurant closed earlier than expected, so we tried room service breakfast instead. The mushroom soup was tasty, though the coffee latte was cold and the pasta too spicy for my like. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, that I can agree meeting good 3 star standards. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service."

"Staying at Mega Hotel was a good experience. The room was spacious with super single beds and very clean. Toiletries were complete — even included a sewing kit and shoe polish, which is my first time seeing any hotel provide. There was also a proper workspace, perfect for my outstation work trip. Cuma satu je, bidet dia bukan jenis hose… kita ni Asian 😂. Overall, still a comfortable and satisfying stay."

The hotel has taken steps towards sustainability, and we appreciated the unlimited filtered water provided, which reduced the need for bottled water. The breakfast spread was excellent with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed that part of the stay. A couple of points to note. The air conditioning in the room was not very strong, and we did feel a bit warm at times. The hairdryer was also on the weaker side, which made drying hair slow. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and a strong breakfast offering, with minor improvements that could make the experience even better."
