EExplore the world with JosephThis was my first stay at Mercure Miri City Centre, and it left me with a very positive impression and a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was cozy, with sufficient space to move around comfortably, and the housekeeping service was done very well. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Miri. As a nice bonus, the hotel even offered complimentary gelato ice cream during check-in—such a delightful treat!

NNurum ChuchuI booked pool view room. And they said this was it. I’m a tired mom looking forward to relaxing gate away with my son. And, i also requested for nearby room, but ended no lift, walking and another staircase. My other times was walking distance too, with an elderly with me they give 1st floor as well. Haiya

SSSalThe location very centrally to miri city,the reception she very helpful like to day had small incident with the Grab driver(language barrier) immediately she was ready to sort it with the professionalism and help,thank you sorry i did not get her name but the one with masked.
The cleaning everyday in the room with new towel and the best smell towel ever cross around hotels.
The in-house hotel called The Yard very handy to the customer's especially now the rainy season in Malaysia.

The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away.
The Room: Compact & Comfortable
My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed:
· A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens.
· A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity).
· A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels.
· A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower.
· Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water.
Services & Facilities
The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out.
· Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming.
· Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

Toiletries were complete — even included a sewing kit and shoe polish, which is my first time seeing any hotel provide. There was also a proper workspace, perfect for my outstation work trip.
Cuma satu je, bidet dia bukan jenis hose… kita ni Asian 😂.
Overall, still a comfortable and satisfying stay.

AAnonymous UserThe location is strategic and it is walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby and even there is the hotel's restaurant. The foods are delicious 😋 Next time, i will come to this hotel again! I hope the hotels can be improved again especially the smell of the toilet, a bit smell fishy but still durable !

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.
