HHebianxiaocao1The location is quite convenient, with Chinese-run tea restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff are very friendly, and the rooftop pool and gym are great, offering a nice view of the sunset! It's not far from the supermarket and Canada Hill. I recommend climbing Canada Hill for city views; there's also an oil museum to visit inside.

GGoodleeVery pleased with the room facing the front road. The hotel has all the basic amenities. No need to worry about bath towels, coffee mugs, spoon. You'll need to bring your own coffee or tea though. Oh, the hotel has water dispenser Hot n Cold right in the corridor. There's also a halal eatery The Yard n a mini market right downstairs. Hotel is clean. Our room too.
Our second stay actually. First was in 2024 with room ( connecting room ) facing the back. Did not have a good experience with room n shower. Am glad we got a good room this year/time.

AAnonymous UserStaying at Mega Hotel was a good experience. The room was spacious with super single beds and very clean. Toiletries were complete — even included a sewing kit and shoe polish, which is my first time seeing any hotel provide. There was also a proper workspace, perfect for my outstation work trip.
Cuma satu je, bidet dia bukan jenis hose… kita ni Asian 😂.
Overall, still a comfortable and satisfying stay.

WWardioArrived around mid-night, the room was ready. Easy to check in without hassled. Lift need access card to go up or down, even to lobby. The carpet along the corridor were cleaned but torn. The room with queen bed type, clean with nice scent. Not able to watch TV due to Internet connection. Breakfast was decent with limited local choices of cuisine. Parking lots at basement are available to hotel guest but closed during midnight. Overall experience, good stay with rate being paid.

The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe location is good, with a mall right in front and several coffee shops nearby. It can get quite noisy outside the room from morning to night, but the room itself was clean and tidy.

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.
