3-Star Hotels in Miri

Clean hotel and a food court within saving guests time to go looking for restraunts. Location depends on where you want to be. I chose it because I wanted to be near Curtin university. However, its good hotel to stay in Miri regardless of purpose for your visit. I had a peaceful stay.

The location is very close to Miri Times Square. It very close to many restaurants, banks, bakeries. Marina Parkcity is 5 min drive away which is close to beach. I cannot comment on food provided, I did not dine in. Shower and toilets are good. The WiFi is need to improve it weak most of time. Air conditioning is good. Standard room there is no refrigerator. The television is not functioning very well.

Check in time is after 3pm. we arrive after 3pm. the staff inform us tat we hav make booking last min (booking is make tru trip.com since October i remember) the room was not ready when we arrive that we hav to wait. tot we hav to wait. i Dunno how the staff check after tat hav room oledy. could hav offer us another room type if there is no room available instead of blaming yr guest about last min booking there is a smell in the room, we cannot figure out what it is. location is good. right next to pullman only. lot of parking available.

I booked for 2 queen sized bed for 4 person stay, but everytime only provide toiletries, water, drinks for 2 person only. Although they will provide upon request but it already created inconvenience to us. Besides that, the toilet water flow system very bad, all the water stuck at toilet after bath, got bad smell somemore, unfortunately after feedback to the hotel staff, they said memang like this, it is due to the floor problem, hope hotel can solve it instead of asking guest to accept it, a bit disgusting

Our stay in Stirling Suites apartment was memorable for the wrong reasons. 1. The bathroom sink water refused to flow off, causing leaks onto the bathroom floor. 2. The bidet holder was not securely attached and continuously fell off. 3. The lights in both of the bathrooms and one of bedrooms tripped at night, creating safety and inconvenience. All Issues were reported to the front Office but Issues (1) & (2) went still unattended when we left after 3D2N. Stirling Suites’s features are nice, but it was not fully functional. Its basic maintenance needs to be addressed to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

Good service, they change my room to another room due to the exact room was leaking, jus need to do maintenance on the air-conditioner unit, staff was very friendly & helpful.

This place offers excellent facilities, providing almost everything visitors might need for a comfortable stay. I have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much.

Really disapointed with their housekeeping service. We stayed 3 nights. We left behind our bath foam, shampoo & facial cleanser (which is new & used for 2 days). Hotel never called us to go back & take. When the time we reliase it, we had arrive at Brunei late night. So we turn back to hotel to check on next day. Hotel's reception said they never know that & reason us they can't contact housekeeping staff was on leave. Lastly we decided to ”donate” to the hotel.

The check-in instructions were provided quite late, which made it a bit difficult to find the location. I hope they can share the details earlier in the future, including directions on how to check in and where to find the lift to the hostel. When I called the contact number, the lady informed me she needed to check if the room was ready, and at the last minute, I was told that the toilet in my room couldn’t be used. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a hotel room instead. Overall, the stay was okay.
