GGuest UserVery good experience staying here. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is big enough for 4 persons stay. Spacious. Very suitable for OKU persons or senior citizens cause they got lift which is convenience for the elder to go up to their rooms. Next to the hotel there is a cafe, easy to look for food. The only inconvenience is limited parking spaces.

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

CCikDI have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much.

CCikDI have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Miri Sarawak. This is my 1st time booked Kingsly Hotel. Feedback from my friend was not bad. As a budget hotel it's worth with the price. The rooms is not too small, ok with 2 pax. There are many stores near by and easy to get food. Clean and comfortable. Recommended to stay.

AAnonymous UserI booked for 2 queen sized bed for 4 person stay, but everytime only provide toiletries, water, drinks for 2 person only. Although they will provide upon request but it already created inconvenience to us. Besides that, the toilet water flow system very bad, all the water stuck at toilet after bath, got bad smell somemore, unfortunately after feedback to the hotel staff, they said memang like this, it is due to the floor problem, hope hotel can solve it instead of asking guest to accept it, a bit disgusting

SSharon SherinaThe check-in instructions were provided quite late, which made it a bit difficult to find the location. I hope they can share the details earlier in the future, including directions on how to check in and where to find the lift to the hostel. When I called the contact number, the lady informed me she needed to check if the room was ready, and at the last minute, I was told that the toilet in my room couldn’t be used. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a hotel room instead. Overall, the stay was okay.
