GGuest UserThe room is spacious. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was cold and seemed new. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness needs to be prioritized. You need to wear shoes on the floor. The soap holder in the toilet is broken and dirty and needs to be replaced. Tissues were not provided.

FFelGood location, not much traffic nearby, close to times sq. However can hear noises from the hallway and outside easily. There is also a water dispenser provided at the hallway

AAyaiiiSometimes you can hear people karaoke-ing outside in the middle of the night. No lift, had to exercise to go to your room. The toilet ceiling have a hole in it. Otherwise all is great and cool. The staff were nice and helpful.
