The location of the hotel was good and convenient. Unfortunately, we had a difficult night as there was motor racing along the main road until around 3.00 am. Our room was directly facing the main road, so the noise was very loud and we were unable to get a proper night's sleep. We ordered room service during our stay and the food was delicious, which was definitely one of the highlights. The room was a little small for us, but we managed and it was adequate for our stay. Overall, the location and food were good, but the noise from the main road significantly affected our experience. Perhaps guests who are sensitive to noise should request a room that does not face the main road.

the pool is great. the room was spacious. comfy bed. check in,we had to stand in line for a bit but the lady who checked us in was nice. there was wee problem with water dripping from the ac. we called front desk and that was taken  of immediately . the best is the pool. amazing pool. supermarket across the road and lotsa little restaurants  behind the hotel . easy to get a grab

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

The apartment was spacious and clean, but the mattress was a bit uncomfortable; the springs felt like they were protruding, making for a less than ideal sleep. This apartment is really suitable for families 👍👍👍. Hopefully, the hotel can replace the worn-out mattress.

I recently stayed at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The beachfront setting and roomy accommodation created a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast was fairly average. There was a decent spread that included basic hot dishes, eggs, pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and a few local options, along with coffee and tea. While everything was acceptable and enough to start the day, the selection felt a little limited for a resort of this level, and there were no particularly memorable or premium items that stood out. It was perfectly fine overall, but it did not quite match the expectations one might have for a Marriott resort breakfast. Overall, it is a comfortable resort for a peaceful getaway, with lovely ocean views that add to the laid-back charm.

Hotel location is good as it is close Miri Times Square. The location is near banks, restaurants, phamacy and bakeries. Walking distance to a wet market. The room is always kept clean and tidy. The reception is friendly and helpful. The internet sometime is lagging. The TV reception is also not good. Toilet and bathroom is clean.

Main reason to stay here because of the convenience of being in the same building with Bintang Megamall where all the shops that we wanted to go are there The cleanliness of each room and each stay is always inconsistent. Some stays are good enough but some stays are just satisfactory

The room is okay, but the bedsheet is a bit dirty. There is a spider web under the bedside table. The amenities are not very satisfying. The toilet floor is wet and slippery. The floor mat should be changed, as it is very dirty. Overall, there is room for improvement.
