Find the Cheap Quarteira Hotels

First time staying here for nearly 10 years, and was impressed that it had not aged in that time; on the contrary, it looked brighter and more appealing. Okay, there is no sea view that you would get from other hotels in Quarteira or Villamoura, but as we were only passing through on a road trip that was not a problem. Easy, safe parking included. Good choice of breakfast items included. And a very decent swimming pool. For the price, unbeatable value. Only downside was the very serious breakfast supervisor who was stood at the end of the room watching guests like a hawk. On morning one, he pounced as soon as I opened a window, ordering me to close it on the grounds that air conditioning was supplied. On the second morning, he pounced again when I took a cake and coffee out of the breakfast room to sit on the terrace area outside, whilst my wife face timed our daughter. I was ordered back in. The guy at reception was the star, his name was Leo. After checking us in, he reappeared as bartender shortly afterwards, and provided our drinks, including perfectly mixed cocktail. Later that evening he appeared again, this time to tidy up the pool area. He was always busy, busy, busy during our two night stay, and if I were his boss would double his salary. In these days, when staff are hard to find, he is invaluable.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Tivoli Marina, Vilamoura from 15/5-22/5/23. We were also here in 2014. We would definitely come back as well ! No problems with flights nor transfers. Jet2 staff on arrival in the airport are very good at guiding you to the correct transfer coach. Checking in - we were given a room in the hotel that when we opened the door, we could tell already had guests! ( Shoes/items in the room). We went downstairs immediately to report the error.Thankfully, Hugo in reception got us a room within an hour. We had booked a sea view. There was not enough room in the fridge for our own items, but we managed.( I have to keep some medications in the fridge). Hotel is very nice. Breakfast is great with a wide choice. We also ate in Oregano; Peppers; Glee; D'Azur poolside and Argo cocktail bar - all excellent. We did not tell the hotel staff it was my birthday during the stay, but they must have noted it from the ID documents etc. I enjoyed a complimentary surprise cake and Prosecco with my wife. The staff in the spa are lovely. My wife and I booked the sauna; indoor pool and the jacuzzi for 45 minutes. It is complimentary for a resident guest. All in all a very relaxing place to stay. We recently stayed at Hotel Quarteirasol in Faro, Portugal and our overall experience was mixed. The location of the hotel was definitely a plus, as it was close to the beach and there were several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The breakfast was decent and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from. The front desk staff weren't always as friendly as we'd hoped, while some staff were friendly, others were a bit curt and didn't seem interested in answering questions. Also, it was not possible to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, even if the room was already ready. The room itself was quite basic, but had some positives. The shower had a good strong jet, which was definitely a plus. The mattress of the bed was also comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep, the pillows were unfortunately less comfortable. We were not bothered by noise, which was also a plus. A TV with smart cast was also available. The room was clean, but there was nothing special about the decor or furnishings. All in all, we would recommend Hotel Quarteirasol if you are looking for an affordable hotel close to the beach and restaurants. However, keep in mind that the room is quite basic and that the front desk staff is not always friendly.

Free parking behind the hotel, enter the car park next to the McDonald's drive through. Limited spaces. Parking on the pavement will get you a €30 fine. Walking distance to the marina, beach and plenty of restraunts, pubs and some supermarkets. Kitchen in the apartment is an induction cooker, microwave and a kettle. Some cutlery and cooking utensils provided. Buffet breakfast is some cold cuts, cheese, sliced oranges, melons and kiwi fruit, yoghurt, cereals, scrambled, sunny Side up and boiled eggs. Baked beans, saugages, bacon mushrooms and roasted tomato with cheese. Portugese egg tarts, raisin danishes, chocolate rolls, apple turnovers. White bread, wholemeal bread, croissants and some rolls with butter and some jams available. 3 Small lifts they can fit 2 persons with suitcases. Lighting mostly adequate in the rooms amd living area except for the bathroom which was too dark. Nice balcony area. In the evenings, it was cooler to open the doors than rely on the air conditioner.

The first hotel has a rich Western breakfast, the second is suitable for parent-child travel a bit like Yalong Bay, the third hotel offers free parking, and the fourth hotel requires children under 12 years old to enjoy extra bed and breakfast for free. Each hotel in Europe is different. Please read the hotel rules carefully when booking. The hotel should belong to the first-line sea view, 2 minutes walk from the hotel's outdoor pool to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the casino, 10 minutes walk to the yacht club, of course, the yacht club can't drive in, only walk. Those who need to go out to sea can also book here, and a variety of rides are available. The yacht club is surrounded by restaurants and shops, a bit like Beijing’s Houhai, and very lively at night. The British have come here for a lot of vacations, so all English exchanges are no problem. Finally, there is a little twist, that is, at check-in, the hotel checks my order, does not show the child, only 2 adults. At the beginning, we need to pay a trampoline fee of 100 Euros. After communicating and checking the documents, there is no charge, and I directly change my order to 2 adults and 1 child. Every time I book a hotel, I will fill in the ages of adults and children. I have never encountered similar problems before, and there may be differences in each hotel management. However, I still hope that Ctrip can improve the order. Having said that, I hope I can help you.

We love this hotel the food is amazing, all the staff are very friendly. You get well looked after. the hotel is on the beach and it is worth a sea view. Can not fault this hotel we try and go 3 times a year. Always returning to this hotel due to amazing Service.

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. The hotel Atismar does what it says on the tin. Great location, 2 minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants etc. 5 mins from main town, supermarkets. 15/20 minutes stroll to villamoura marina. Food, good selection, usual pasta, fish, meats, veg, cold selections etc. Breakfast good, usual selections too, bacon, eggs, toast, beans, boiled eggs, sausage (hot dogs). Bar area is abit small, but staff friendly. I reckon in high seasonnit could be crowded. Staff in general are all nice from reception to bar to restaurant. Room was comfortable n clean. We were on the 11th (top) floor so great views out to sea. Pool area was a little small (for high season) but obviously in November we didnt use it. All in all, nice hotel, great location. Worth the money
