"A disgusting receptionist named Alexandra couldn't resolve the issue the hotel created with incorrect placement. She constantly claimed, ”It's the booking website's fault, or anyone else's, but not us.” I booked a room with a view during the January holidays, hoping to see Krasnodar in all its glory, as I'm a regular guest here. I paid more than for a standard room without a view. But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. I liked the hotel itself, as well as the entire Marriott chain."

"Плюсы : месторасположение, есть платная парковка, номер для 2х камфортный, чистый, есть все необходимое. Минус : в зимний период кондиционер работает либо на обогрев, либо никак. Поэтому в номере температура 26 градусов спать очень сложно, при открытом окне невозможно из-за шума с улицы. Ночью байки и гонки плюс музыка, это Южная фишка ничего не поделать."

"Отель хороший, твёрдая четверка. Уютный интерьер, украшено все красивенько к Новому году. Номер чистый, телевизор большой, кровать удобная, четыре подушки, в общем всё хорошо. Есть всё необходимое в ванной, и фен. Вежливый персонал, готовы помочь в любой ситуации в любое время суток. Завтрак нормальный, шведский стол- можно покушать и полакомиться десертами и кофе . Единственное неудобство это парковка, по телефону сказали что есть во дворе и на улице рядом с отелем. По факту приехали и с трудом припарковали машину, можно сказать на последнее местечко. В остальном рекомендую данный отель!!!"
