"The room is clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient and the parking lot is large and convenient. There are Pizza Hut, KFC and McDonald's around, all within a few hundred meters. Very good hotel. Recommended for living."

"We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay."

"Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also."

Location of the hotel only 8 minute walk from train station and its walkable around the town area. I really love our time here. And the hotel smells really nice like 5 star hotel ."
