Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

Great hotel, perfect service, a beautiful hotel in the wonderful city of Eskisehir

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

The city of Eskişehir is not very big, and the sights are also very concentrated. Taking a taxi is the most convenient and cost-effective. The public bus light rail is very convenient, but it is not easy to buy a ticket, and I don’t want to buy a stored-value card! Today, I went to Sazova Park and Odunpazarı Old Town, and took a taxi for about 30 lire each way, which is time-saving and straightforward!

This hotel is perfectly located walking distance from the canal where all the nice place to visit and restaurant to eat. Internet was fast! Shout out to the english speaking receptionist who has been very helpful assiting me on my stay and helping me to call a taxi as well The breakfast is a turkish breakfast so it is a chance for me to have a good nice turkish breakfast!

Breakfast was average comparing with other 4 star hotels! But fresh! Air conditioning system was not working and when I turned it on I heated only noises but not even hot wind!!! The location is really good. It’s a clean hotel but it’s kinda dark at night and day time even!!! Whenever I asked about anything in the stuff did it immediately. There is no swimming pool and electric kettle by the way!!!
