"Hotel facilities are very new, 5 or 6 minutes from the airport, very convenient, the airport bus is half an hour, you can register at the front desk in advance, the car may be opened in advance. The front desk service was very good. The original 6:20 car just drove away at 10 minutes. The waiter immediately helped to call the car back to pick us up. Thank you very much."

"The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem"

"Quite good, staying at one o'clock in the morning, the bed is a big decoration and a little modern. The downside is that the breakfast at the restaurant was very poor. I walked two blocks to eat breakfast. Suitable for temporary stay for one night"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I arrived at BWI at around 11:40pm and rushed to call the shuttle from the hotel as they informed me earlier that if I didn't call by midnight, I'd be on my own to get a ride to the hotel. I was stressing as it was the first time I ever traveled alone. I called them at 11:50pm whew!! but plenty of time before 12:00am. So I thought, first they put me on hold... then hung up, next call... No answer and hung up. Now I'm spazzing. Finally a shuttle will be there in ...15-20 mins huhhhh?? so there i am standing alone at midnight by myself ( a 55 yr old woman) half hour goes by... I call hotel again and not easy for someone to answer. Oh the shuttle got full I was told so they have to send another one, REALLY so another 15 mins go by no shuttle, half hour later, I see the shuttle, here it comes....and flys right by me as I'm screaming STOP!! around she goes, 10 mins later she's finally here at 1:15am and then says she's been there. they told her DOOR 15 I said I was at LOCATION 15. Mad before I even got to hotel, once there..a cooler full of sodas to buy and not one DIET soda..I'm going to bed. No blanket? just sheets I was cold so I went to front desk to ask for a blanket, Sorry their locked up, heres some more sheets. In all fairness they looked to be very short staffed. and the room was clean but not worth the price"

"We were initially placed in a room that had an unpleasant odor and where lights weren’t working. After requesting a different room we were informed that there had been a flooding incident in our original room which resulted in electrical problems with the lights. Why were we put in that room in the first place? We were moved right across the hall into a room “with a much better view” according to the desk clerk. Again, why weren’t we given the better room initially? That being said, the breakfast buffet was good and most of the workers encountered were both friendly and helpful."

"We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service. "

"I will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine."

"I was only there from around 10pm until 7am so I didn't get a lot of time to really rate it. But my room was super clean and it was very comfortable. I could open the window which I really love being able to do and meant I could turn off the fan/air conditioning ... which was a good thing also because it was an old and pretty noisy unit. I would have liked more light in the bathroom. It had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was surprisingly good with nice bacon, potatoes and tasty eggs, juice, pastry options. It was only around 20 mins from downtown Baltimore. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. I would stay there again."
