"Airport transfer was great, breakfast provided. They did allow late check out and baggage storage. Room had not working A/C. At 2 am security provided us a fan and they agreed with refund 50% rent. Check out 9th Aug, today 25the AUG, no refund issued."

"It started off promisingly, with a smooth coordination for my pick-up at LAX, which pleasantly exceeded my expectations and set a hopeful tone for my stay. However, that initial positivity quickly faded. When I entered my room and opened the curtains, I was met with an unsightly view: a construction dumping site littered with open garbage bins and, shockingly, an exposed toilet. The thought of starting my mornings with coffee while staring at such a view was less than ideal. The next morning, as I tried to enjoy my coffee, the scene outside was impossible to ignore. I found myself unable to finish my coffee and went straight to the reception desk, feeling quite frustrated. I explained the situation to the manager, expressing my disappointment and requesting a different room. To her credit, she did her best to help by offering a room one floor up. While I appreciated her attempt, the ‘solution’ barely improved the situation. The same eyesore remained directly below, and I found myself avoiding the view entirely by only looking up at the sky instead. What could have been a comfortable, relaxing stay turned into one filled with frustration and disappointment. While the staff made an effort, it didn’t change the fact that each morning started with a grim reminder of the inadequate environment. The experience left a sour aftertaste, overshadowing any positives the hotel had to offer. With all of this in mind, I’m giving 2 stars. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this experience to others."

"Our plane arrived around 8pm at LAX. We were told to call for shuttle after picking up our luggage which we did. After my wife (69) and I (72) stood and sat in 46 degree weather for about an hour and a half the shuttle finally showed up. And it passed right by us about 45 minutes earlier. We finally got to our room and in bed around 11pm. We had to rise at 3am for a 5:40 flight, so we didn't get but around 4 minus hours of sleep. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone much less senior people had to wait that long for a shuttle to their hotel. Worst time we have ever had with a hotel stay."

"Very cost-effective hotel, parking fee is $25 per night. Snacks in the lobby can be ordered using his computer, and breakfast can be ordered by scanning the code. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the toiletries are very useful. There are school clinics, 7/11 supermarkets, and Top Golf is a 3-minute drive away. The environment is safe. Thumbs up!"

"The location is about 10 minutes from the airport There is free airport shuttle service. Just call the hotel and let them know in advance. The staff are very nice and can help me print documents for free👍🏻"

"The hotel rooms are very spacious, the facilities and overall hygiene are of the same high quality as always, and the price/performance ratio is very high. There is also a store for Lakers fans nearby where you can buy souvenirs. "

"The room environment is very good and very comfortable. The surrounding environment is good. Opposite there is the famous local IN N OUT burger restaurant, which is said to be a must-eat burger in California. There is also a Chinese restaurant opposite, and the fried noodles are delicious."
