Find the Cheap Florham Park Hotels

The suite I lived in was perfect in all aspects, the details were perfect, the front desk, restaurant, room hygiene service were very good, warm and friendly! The surrounding environment is also very beautiful! I like it very much, I will choose this one in New Jersey in the future.

The hotel room is large and tidy. But it probably has something to do with our weekend stay. There were people playing super loud speakers upstairs or in the rooms next to each other very late at night, and the guests staying there were very mixed. It should be a low-end Hilton hotel, and the price is okay

Room was dirty on arrival. I had to clean it myself. Adjacent customers were constantly smoking. No enforcement by management. Its supposed to a be smoke free hotel. I requested to be moved to a second room which ended up being roach infested. Complained to Asst. Manager Manuel about the toilet not being clean, the sheets with hair, the floor not mopped, cabinets filthy with roach droppings, and he told me ”This is not the Plaza hotel maam, this is extended stay”. So, I said to him ”that's your answer to my complaints”. As a member of management, he needs to learn customer service skills. Rude, terrible customer service, terrible representation of the company. The building is filthy. I called customer service and they refused to give me the district manager phone number. No accountability by the company or its employees. They just take your money and don't care whether you sleep in a clean and healthy environment. I asked to break my contract and they had the audacity to charge me a penalty fee. I should get the stay refunded completely! Horrible!!! Don't stay at this hotel!!!!

The management here deserves the lowest possible rating. I arrived here on July 5 for a 4 night stay with my daughter and disable son. He requires a wheelchair for ambulating. My reservation was made well in advance. We were visiting family in the area and looked forward to outdoor pool time. On arrival there was a man at the entrance who I assumed would help with baggage. He disappeared into the building. My daughter and I helped my son into his wheelchair. The wheelchair was in the trunk and we had to remove the luggage to get it out. We made two trips into the lobby got to the registration desk. It was warm in the lobby and now saw fans at the desk. I inquired about what was going on. We were then told the ac was down and had been for three days. I told them I couldn’t stay here . They offered to cancel my reservation and handed me a paper with two hotels listed. One not a Hilton and in Elizabeth. The other in Parsippany at an Embassy Suites now a Hilton brand. I asked them to call and see if there was a handicapped accessible room. They said we can’t do that you go do it yourself. After protesting that was not good customer service the clerk helped me out. I also inquired why I had not been informed earlier about the lack of air conditioning. I had received a message that morning welcoming to the hotel as if nothing was amiss. The reservation got made we went on our way. Not one person offered to help us get the luggage and the wheelchair back to the car. To add insult to this about an hour after we left got an email informing me that the ac was down and offered to cancel our reservation. I am a Hilton honors member. When I travel I stay at Hilton. What a disappointment. Much of this could have been averted with proper management.The lovely Short Hills Hilton where I stayed and dine several year ago is not the same. Hilton you are not well represented by this facility.

The rooms are clendly with all the necessities the one bedroom with kitchen and living room area is spacious and would be more then comfortable for an extended stay. The gym is clean and well verse with equipment the pool and grill area is clean and spacious overall exceptional place
