"The hotel is an InterContinental brand. It doesn't feel like a 17-year-old new building, it may be a renovation. The hotel is close to the highway. The double rooms are on the highway side. If you are afraid of noise, you can book a twin room. The service was really not good. A Mexican woman at the front desk answered everything first. Sorry, this is not possible. It is very blunt. At 11 noon, he came to knock on the door to urge check out."

"The location of the hotel was perfect for me since the place I was attending was down the block from the hotel. Service and cleanliness was also perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay to park in their parking garage even though you was staying at their hotel. It was the first time that I had to do that."

"The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the location is good, surrounded by delicious restaurants, epidemic control measures are good, early breakfast is delicious, there are menus to order, very close to Connecticut Science Museum and Bushnell Park, nearby bus system is developed, you can go directly to Westfarms Shopping! Good choice for business and leisure travel!"

"Good hotel in the heart of downtown. Staff at reception were helpful and the rooms very spacious. Breakfast was adequate too. Close to all amenities, so overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you."

"Breakfast is a bit simpler, the shower water is small, not hot enough, too tired, waiting for a long time without hot water, I slept, the next morning tossed for nearly two hours, the water can take a bath. The hotel is very Nice, and the breakfast coupon is presented as compensation for the shower. Probably because of the renovation, the last time I stayed in the swimming pool was under renovation."
