"Location is awesome, the waterfront view is beautiful! Lots of food options available within walking distance. Only downside was that the housekeepers busted in my room at 10am without knocking or saying who they were an hour before checkout. Very jarring, I understand misunderstandings happen, but that was very unprofessional way to go about it."

"The room was large and had a kitchenette. I had paid Ctrip when I booked. The front desk said they had not received it when I checked out and needed to pay. Ctrip finally helped me with it. It took at least half an hour."
