"Unfortunately staff was not helpful, porters just steer at us , i was traveling with elder people and they did not help us with the luggage, refused to walk 5 car to get the luggage I informed the front desk and still they did nothing, overall activities were good and well organized , safari and balloon. Unforgettable experience, breakfast buffet was average to the price paid , beautiful location and very convenient. Hopefully management train staff in hospitality to a better standard ."

"We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. "The resort is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat. It was clean, and the host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—perfect for when you don’t feel like heading out. I’d highly recommend trying it. The chalets were spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. The kids had their own beds, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide basic essentials like water, tea, coffee, or sugar in the rooms—that was definitely a downside. On the bright side, you can enjoy a braai right outside your chalet and take a short walk to the waterpark for a refreshing dip. The presence of security guards also added to our sense of safety, making our stay even more comfortable."
