Every time I come back to town I love to stay there and I always get a great experience and service with a smile. 
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and spacious, great staff friendly and helpful and also the location 
Is near everything within walking distance from my stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days and we left behind many great friends! Amigos! ❤️ We loved our rooms, we had adjoining rooms, since we were traveling with our children! We enjoyed the small balconies overlooking the city! Be prepared for street noise if you have a room facing outside! The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating! The staff at this hotel were phenomenal! I met so many great people! Oscar our shuttle man spoke English and was so helpful, he went up and beyond his duty! MUCHO GRACIAS! 😁 Hector (manager I think) was very helpful with reservations and made sure throughout our stay that we were taken care of! Carlos, Armando and so many others were very helpful and friendly! Our son really enjoyed the pool! The breakfast was Mexican fare, and I enjoyed their omelettes and fresh fruit 🍉 every morning!! The people who served breakfast were phenomenal!! Thanks for the great food!! This hotel will be my first choice if I return to Juárez in the future! 

I stayed for a business trip for a whole week The service was very bad.  Reception, it seems like you are begging them for the room.. the room is ok, the bed was very comfy and the space was ample enough for me to work with no issues. the neighbors in the room next door were making a huge party two nights in a row, the eventually put it off when I complained in reception. the room had a window to the pool (which is roofed) so the noise is interesting to say the least.. the breakfast.. wow, here is where I was totally devastated... it says that it starts at 6:00 am, so when I showed up the first day at 6, because I was being picked up at 7am so I could get in time to my appointments.. suprise!!!.. no breakfast until around 630-640am.. and the server was way rude.. I had to endure him for the whole week. I avoided the waiter as much as I could as he had an attitude that I did not neede to see so early in the morning..  this seems an issue in Ciudad Juarez. people that work in the tourism /service industry, it seems are just for a few months until they get another job, so they really dont care about the service...  bad service

Receptionist could have been more friendly or at least smile. Breakfast was good but not authentic mexican flavor we were in Mexico why make it texmex. Also would make a few updates in the rooms......
