Johan and Tim are great hosts, from the welcoming to the breakfast served in the mornings. They really make you feel welcomed. Their place is closer to amenities, safe around beautiful views of Clarens. I definitely recommend Patcham Place.. Thank you Johan and Tim, we really enjoyed our stay.

The delightful owners succeed in setting a standard for the immaculate and tasteful rooms and bespoke breakfasts that one would associate with European boutique hotels. The ambience is stylish, but casual and friendly and the location is perfect - walking distance to the centre of town and restaurants as well as the really beautiful Clarence Valley Conservancy walks. Highly recommended!

Great breakaway for couples. Tim and Johan are great hosts, with immense attention to detail. Patcham Place is just off main square, making everything within walking distance but quiet and restful. Hosts knowledge of area is added advantage to ensure you make the most of your visit.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such friendliness, that we knew this was going to be a great stay. Johan and Tim were by far the BEST! hosts we ever met through all our travels both local and international. The breakfast was absolutely divine, for a moment there I thought that Tim was a renowned chef with the way he plated our breakfast and how delicious it was, but he insists he's not he just loves playing around with food!! If you want to call that playing around Tim:):) the dining area was gorgeous, the rooms were beautiful, clean and soooo comfortable. I LOVED it, didn't want to go back home.... miss them already... thank you so much guys.. I would recommend Patcham Place to EVERYONE that visits Clarens. You would NEVER be disappointed. The place is so beautiful and serene.

Johan and Tim provided a personalized experience that made the difference between our stay being just another weekend break and an awesome getaway from the stresses of life. Their can-do attitude and willingness to ensure we were well catered for was a welcome change. The view from the deck while eating breakfast is great and makes one feel like you are really far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Absolut Klasse!! Sehr nette Gastgeber!! Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bad, sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top; alles zu Fuß in 5Min. erreichbar. Wir können dieses B&B nur empfehlen!!
