Nice hotel and great location best place for vacation with family !

The location is very good, just across the road from the beach. I am very satisfied with the overall service and room.

The service is very good and it is very convenient to go to the beach

It's so much better than the Hilton next door.

Stayed many times, very satisfied

Beautiful hotel and amazing location. Stayed here for a business conference and able to have family visit. Hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The conference rooms are nice, air conditioned and pens and mints were provided. Public restrooms were always clean. The room I stayed in was large with a walkout balcony and a kitchenette, clean and designed well. Foam pillows were a little tough to sleep on, allergic to feathers, and the mattress is really firm. Rates are comparable to the area. In and out parking, self or valet, on site for a charge for either choice is available. Very nice overall. Lots of restaurants in the area as well as a Publix and other options. We had a few drinks at the on site bar/restaurant and the drinks are good. We did not try the food. Would love to stay here again for next business trip or just for fun.

After staying in St. Petersburg we then stayed at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach for 2 nights. It's a very nice property in a very good location, as it is close to the traffic circle where there are a lot of shops and bars and restaurants. Of course it's right across the street from the beach. The beach is very nice with very soft white sand. In the water it is indeed clear, as you can see your feet when your chest deep in the water. The rooms are very spacious and they are modern and they have very good furniture. The cleaning staff doesn't excellent job. The front desk team was a very good and very friendly and very helpful. The pool was good but it was always crowded. It was also noisy. For some reason the pool is on the 8th floor but the hot tub is on the 16th floor. We didn't use the spa or the restaurant or the bar. i did use the gym and it was very functional although not very large. Maybe most of the people that stay here you don't intend on doing much exercise. The property does have some age on it, but it looks like management has done a very good job of keeping it up to date. We stay at Hyatts 90% of the time so we are very familiar with their properties. Of the hotels on that part of the beach, the Hyatt is the second best looking property next to the Windham which is right next door. The Hilton down the street looks terrible. However the JW Marriott hotel about from mile South looks fantastic and new. If you want a lower price point there is an AC Hotel and the Spring Hill Suite and Residence Inn. But none of those hotels are on the beach. I am not likely to visit Clearwater Beach again in the near future but if someone is interested in vacationing in the area, I do recommend that they check out this hotel. We were happy with our stay.

The view from my room was amazing and the beach was a two minute walk. Loved the pool and the hot tubs. Really appreciated having a deck with a beautiful ocean view and warm breezes. And my room was scrupulously clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.

Stayed here with family back in April. We had four rooms between us all, and the whole stay was pretty dismal. The beach was absolutely packed, and not nice at all. The pool is no better, and there is a fight for pool chairs all the time. Not to mention the constant loud DJ music which is inappropriately played at the poolside. The hotel is mainly families, with children, yet they have a DJ which would be better off in Ibiza. Constant loud music is also blasted throughout the Hotel, an absolute nightmare when trying to get my nine month old baby to sleep in his pram, and then push him back into the hotel. The only highlights were the restaurants. The food was really nice by the pool side, and also in the ground floor restaurant. Definitely won’t be staying again though.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach a few days before being under a mandatory evacuation. Had a few wonderful days there. The staff from start to finish was wonderful even under the stressful situation.

Beautiful resort and clean, spacious ocean front corner room. Can’t wait to return. Beach access with reasonably priced lounge service. Many restaurants available within walking distance.

I had never been to Clearwater Beach before and had never stayed at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with my giant room, which was clean and cozy and had a great view. Large bathroom, large dressing area. Could not be improved upon.
