Hotel location is very good, the room is very clean. From Detroit to Niagara Falls, stop by. The small city is very European, and the nearby shopping and dining is very convenient. We found a Japanese restaurant nearby, only a four minute drive away.

When arrived at hotel nightmare started Called 2 days prior arrival to confirm I’ll have a shuttle at 4am When got at the location I was handed a voucher to call a shuttle company which told me they can come to pick me up before ,,about’’ 4:45 After I hit to the room I open up my online banking to make a payment for an outstanding bill And noticed a charge from the hotel for another 144$ even my stay was paid in full they told me they need my credit card for incidentals which I understood not from that to charging me on the spot for incidentals when I just checked in … it’s a long way I decided I cannot risk just getting a cab in the morning so I left together with my car at 3 am and used parknfly service Nightmare continued 2 days after I noticed 2 more charges in my credit card account from comfort inn one of 122.43 and one of 122.73 Called the hotel and tried to sort it out I was told all the charges are reversed Partially true because the charge of 122.73 is still in my account and I am still good to pay it. We wanted a hotel close to Playhouse Square, as we had tickets to a play at the Conner Palace. There was a choice between this hotel and the Crowne Plaza. This one was less expensive, although still pricey. Although not the worst hotel, it is nothing to write home about. It was clean and the room was functional. The desk clerks, upon check-in and check-out, were pleasant enough. However, when I called down to the front desk to say my wi-fi password wasn't working, the girl who answered got a bit snippy with me. Who knows, maybe this was not the first time she took this complaint. Well, through no help from her, I figured it out myself: you had to manually type in the password completely, rather than use the ”autofill” feature. We stayed two nights and upon check-in, we were informed that we would not receive maid service. If we needed anything we were instructed to ask at the front desk. This didn't bother us, because we usually refuse maid service anyhow and the front desk staff was very accommodating when I asked for extra coffee. But, if you are the type to expect daily maid service, don't go here. When we went to the breakfast bar on Saturday morning, there was nothing there except juice and coffee, so don't expect a Continental breakfast. There is convenient self-parking, as opposed to valet parking at the Crowne Plaza, but it is not free. All-in-all, not too bad of a place, but mostly you are paying for the convenience of the location.

Overall a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and wonderful and the shower was above expectation. The only negative of the stay was the check in process. I arrived about 45 minutes early and had called ahead about an early check in. I was told to go to the desk when I arrived and they would check to see if a room was available. The woman working check in was extremely rude not only to me but to others in line as well. She refused to see if rooms were ready for people arriving and just told them check in wasn’t until 4 and they had to come back. She told me I didn’t have a reservation and made me search frantically for my reservation which she did end up finding. She blatantly ignored peoples questions by just looking away and not answering them. As the first point of contact for guests this was a major negative. Other than her, everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming. My only recommendation would be to have breakfast available before 7am since many people have to leave early for appointments and therefore don’t get to eat.

The hotel is a building with a bit of history, the corridors and rooms are quite large. There is a complimentary breakfast and dinner, and there are a few glasses of alcoholic drinks in each room, free popcorn. There is a parking fee of 28 US dollars per day at the entrance of the hotel. There are many other parking garages around the hotel, usually about 10 US dollars a day. Overall very good

I was in shock there was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked for a coffee in the evening they replied “you can buy coffee tomorrow at 7am” I’m so baffled as to why this Marriott location doesn’t offer in room coffee maker. We stay at multiple locations around the world and this is a first. Convenient location for a show Parking valet was easy if you eat at restaurant there they will validate but if your staying overnight dining on site doesn’t give you even a discount? The vault is lovely …great vibe and chill atmosphere Bartenders at ledger and vault were on point! Overall great stay

I stayed here for 2 nights in December 2019. I was in town for a concert. Great location to many reataurants and bars. And a 3 min walk to the House of Blues. Huge room and comfy beds. The room and hotel was clean and the staff were so kind.

Just go to the Kayahoga Valley National Park for a night and there is no tour around. There is a gym next to it. When the night arrives, the game is over. The police direct the traffic and the winning team is celebrating the fireworks. Hotel service is good.

The room was up to date. Tru offered a complimentary hot breakfast. Breakfast room was comfortable and bright. Tru offered a great common space with many different seating areas. I spent a couple of hours just reading in the common space which was surrounded by windows. The only negative is that there are no restaurants within walking distance. The location is great for visiting the museums, botanical garden and Cleveland Clinic although you will have to drive to them.
