Service was terrible, the room smelled terrible and not kept. Tried to cancel my stay and wasn't able to due to them not being able to credit my credit card electronically.

The young man on Monday morning was friendly and helpful. Bathroom is definitely not up to date. Bed was comfortable but if you are 6 feet or taller you will have a problem. My husband slept sideways and he is barely 6 feet! Great location and the balcony was great.

Nothing to complain about the employees. Room very small and very warm. The bathroom is the size of a broom closet. Uncomfortable.

The hotel was right on the water. We didn’t have a room with a view. We stayed in a triple which was really tight. Hotel management was nice and friendly. We had to park down the promenade but it was just a short walk.

We were at Rock am Ring and were looking for accommodation. The Burg-Hotel was cheap and not that far away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is reminiscent of films like 'Das Wirtshaus im Spessart' or Hui Buh, very nostalgic.
The room was functional and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace with a view of the Moselle, it was so nice 😊.
We will definitely come there again.
