De lo bueno, lo mejor. Tanto el servicio, que es sobresaliente, la ubicación,.instalaciones y gastronomia. Sin duda la joya de Asturias. El spa es perfecto ya que es en exclusiva para tí y tu familia, los niños encantados y así no se molesta a otros clientes. Además de estar perfectamente situado para hacer varias excursiones

Vamos varias veces al año y siempre nuestros comentarios son de un hotel único en todos los conceptos. El lugar es impresionante. Es tan maravilloso el trato q te da la sensación como si estuvieras en tu casa. Todo son facilidades. Muy buenas las habitaciones, los servicios y todo el equipo dirigido por Eugenia, su directora, es fantástico: En la cocina Javier y su equipo, que gran cocina, que grandes profesionales; Abdu es único, que trato, que amabilidad, todo facilidades, Alfonso y sus gin tonics y sus recomendaciones de excursiones; el Spa y los tratamientos de masajes con todas sus responsables estupendos…En fin, un 10. This was our second visit in 3 years to Puebloastur, and we worried that it couldn't live up to our first perfect visit - luckily we were wrong! Once again the people who work there made it an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive everyone is so welcoming and attentive, your bags are whisked away to your room, and you're given a tour of the property - and what a property! The buildings are so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the view down the mountain valleys is one of the best I've seen anywhere. The food is wonderful at their restaurant, and on our second night Abdou gave us a dinner experience that we'll remember for years to come. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay such a memorable experience. We will be back!!

Excellent accommodation. Amazing view . Hotel up in the hills surrounded by green and mountains , feels like Switzerland. Temperatures cool which is a good reason to come to escape the heat everywhere else. Restaurant excellent with a young chef full of talent and prices reasonable. You can enjoy not only the incredible seafood and fish but also the meat of all sorts Asturias is famous for. Little reason to go elsewhere. Then you can still escape to do amazing hikes in the mountains with plunging views to the sea. What not to like? The weather may be volatile and you may sometimes wake up in a fog.

Pésimo tratamiento, tuvimos que cancelar por razón de hospitalización de mi mujer, Booking aceptó la cancelación y el hotel lo denegó. Trato inhumano que sólo busca un enriquecimiento injusto, pues la habitación que nos cobran y no usamos la sacan de nuevo a oferta para otros clientes y la cobran por duplicado. Booking un 10, el hotel no lo reserven nunca, da una imagen de las personas que están detrás.

Muchos años yendo y sigue siendo un hotel fantastico con una valoración máxima de matricula de honor: ubicación, tipo de hotel, comodidad, estupendas todas las habitaciones que maravillosamente nos han ofrecido, servicio perfecto, el equipo de cocina inmejorable, el gran trato siempre ofrecido por todo el equipo y que creo que merecen mención todos :Su directora (Eugenia); todo el equipo de reservas y recepción (Camino, Sara, Ariana, Isidro); gobernanta (Maria...); el gran equipo de cocina con una delicia de cocina (chef Javier, Alejandro,Ruben, Vanessa, Alfonso, Oscar y el gran Abdou con su siempre sonrisa), el SPA y su equipo de masaje.......Y SU LEMA: SIEMPRE SI. Un abrazo porque os lo mereceis JMF

Overall beautiful experience. Amazing art works to admire. A place to relax surrounded by nature. The most exceptional experience is waking up to breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. That’s what would really take me back to the resort. Decoration of the room is beautiful, clean and quite, although I expected the bed to be more comfortable. The staff is extremely kind although I felt they fell short on people and some of the waiters felt a bit stressed. Food was fantastic.
