Kierując się dobrymi opiniami wybrałem pobyt w tym hotelu i bardzo tego żałuję.Może wcześniej było wszystko ok.ale teraz od strony gastronomii jest fatalnie.Tak zepsuć turecką kuchnię to mistrzostwo,śniadania-wszystko zimne,obiady to,,gulasze,, ze wszystkiego z odrobiną kurczaka,indyka lub kości,twarde mięso drobiowe z grila i śledziopodobna ryba w całości z głową lub zapiekanki z resztek śniadania,zupy smakowały jak krochmal.Podobna jest kolacja i tak codziennie to samo.Jedynie wyroby cukiernicze niezłe.Wiele osób chorowało-objawy typowo zatruciowe.Menager tego 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu po zgłoszeniu problemu stwierdził że należało wybrać lepszy i droższy hotel to byśmy nie narzekali. Nawet koty, których jest bardzo dużo w hotelu i tym samym w restauracji ,nie chciały jeść tych wyrobów kulinarnych :) Do personelu pracującego w hotelu oraz utrzymywanej czystości nie mam żadnych uwag. Odwiedzam Turcję od ponad 20 lat przynajmniej raz w roku i czegoś takiego jeszcze nie przeżyłem. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu.

this hotel? never again, it was terrible, the staff were unfriendly, they gave us a room without a window and without a balcony, meter by meter, when we complained, they told us that they didn't have another one, it was not a room for guests but for the staff, the food was the same every day, only dyes were ordered different otherwise the same, the blanket in the room smelly as if it had never been washed, we got an infection diarrhea vomiting, nothing for the children. ! only toboggans, no kids club! I go on vacation 4 times a year but this one was the worst and it should be 5 stars and for what? the hotel was old, the food was not good, the rooms were dirty, and only Germans and Turkish , if you are from Great Britain, they look at you like a murderer. ! hostile people they gave us dirty towels

A big NO for this hotel. where should I start? No one speaks english or spanish. Its only german or turkish. Quite rude and unfriendly staff, All inclusive big No big Lie- only 4 cocktails and those with either tequila or vodka terible, at dinner only wine or beer draft-horible taste. And food poisoning. We beed sick for 10 days, 14 people- kids and adults included. Its NOT Beach Front, walk 10 min to the beach. Not very clean rooms. And so more… definitely don’t chose this…

Aileyle gidilecek çok güzel temiz bir yer yemekleri iyiydi animasyon ekibine mutfak ve garson ekibi ve diğer çalışanlar çok iyidi herkese tavsiye ederim. Uzun zamandır tercih ettiğimiz bu oteli herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Memnun kalmamak elde değil.

Odaların çok temiz ve konforlu oluşu. Animasyon ekibini çok eğlenceli ve güler yüzlüydü. Yemekler çok lezzetli garsonlarda çok kibar ve anlayışlıydı. Ailecek yaklaşık 10 yıldır düzenli olarak gittiğimiz bu otel her yıl kendini dahada geliştiriyor. Eleştirilere açık ve daha önce kendilerine ilettimiz sorunlarıda çok hızlı düzeltiyorlar. Çok memnunuz herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Ailecek geldik ve çok memnun kaldık. Personeller resepsiyonundan kat görevlilerine, garsonundan barmenlerine ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar temizdi, yemeklerde de lezzet ve çeşitlilik güzeldi. Animasyon ekibi Müslüm Hakan Mehmet ve Fatma da çok başarılıydı.

Really nice hotel. I wasn't expecting it to be so clean, but everything was really nice and beautiful. Loved the food, there was no moment to be bored, the animation team did a lot! They really did everything to make you feel good. Also in the evening there was a programm every night.

Hotel do 5 ⭐ na pewno nie należy. Minibar w cenie - 4 mini buteleczki wody, internet za opłatą, alkohol bardzo kiepskiej jakości, za markowy alkohol trzeba zapłacić. Wszyscy chcieliby napiwki. Hotel jak większość nastawiony na Niemców. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, wymienione ręczniki. Największym plusem zdecydowanie jedzenie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje z widokiem na ogród...?? No nie bardzo.....
