Arrived 10pm after getting a little misplaced in area, but was welcomed and shown to our room.
Lodgings a bit dated, but for an overnight stay before heading to the airport it was great. Twin room with en-suite was just what was needed. TV, Kettle with tea and coffee, fan, and towels provided.
Couple of things to note:
1. They ask for ID of main guest and take a picture of it
2. They ask for a £20 deposit for the key, it is returned when you check out, after they check the room
3. They are really, really close to Heathrow and you will hear planes until 23:55, when night flights end and they start back up about 4/5am
I assume they have had guests leave with keys or left room in a mess in the past, which makes them cautious.
Overall, a nice place, good location and friendly staff - will be adding to my list of LHR stop-overs

The property is not real. They scammed me and ******* will do nothing. Do not book this place nor use ******* as they won’t even attempt to rectify the situation.

Stayed in room 6 and am now covered in well over 100 BEDBUG BITES. Also found a mouldy choc biscuit on the floor under the table. Rail in wardrobe didn't seem very stable so didn't use it. 1 window had no handle and the other was hard to close so didn't open it anymore.

The owners were very hospitable, breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Private bathroom , yeah! We took the local bus from Heathrow airport Terminal 5 and only had to walk a couple of blocks to the London Heathrow Guesthouse. In the evening our hosts recommended walking to the Perserverence (Percy) the local pub. The fish and chips were delicious (large portion)..Great stay.

BEWARE BEDBUGS ABOUND. Management not interested . Please avoid at all costs. Bedbugs are so easily transferred especially if you are not aware they are there. Luckily for me I heard other gusts complaining during checkout so knew exactly what had caused my spots.
