Hotel Porto Real

O hotel é bom,, mas não é um resort. Ar condicionado antigo, sem controle remoto.sem atividades noturnas, no clube ao lado teve um show com uma cantora que foi possível assistir , no domingo à noite não teve nada . O hotel não tem TV à cabo. A vista do mar é maravilhosa. À praia muito boa com serviço de van para o Transfer. Não há serviço na praia. Vc tem que buscar no bar o que desejar . Seja comida ou bebida. Os empregados foram ótimos.

Completely inconsistent with the information provided prior to the reservation. Upon arrival, it took us an hour to get in because there was a problem with the door and upon entering, we realized that no one had lived there for a long time. Torn sheets, single beds joined together to form a double bed, cold shower, beard hairs (I hope) scattered across the sink counter and dust/dirt on the furniture in the accommodation. These were some of the observations we made on the first night. We left the room and tried to go to the restaurant, but there were no food options and the reception was told that it was only possible to order something to eat from the room by phone, and this was before 10 pm on a Thursday. When we woke up, we went to the reception to report the problems. The manager promptly told me that maintenance would fix the problems while we were having breakfast. There were no plates or plastic cups in the café, the coffee ran out and it took at least 15 minutes to refill the coffee, in addition to the disorganization and confusion surrounding the place. When we returned to the room after 2 hours of notifying the reception, we were surprised (or not) that no one had come to the room to fix any of the problems reported. This shows the hotel's lack of commitment and importance towards its guests. By the way, the view from the room is very beautiful, and that's why I gave it a score of 1, if not zero.

Bad experience. We were robbed! I stayed at the resort in August 2024. I stayed from Sunday until Wednesday. On Monday, we already had the first disappointment: everything closed - the beach restaurant, the club, the club bar, the pool bar. The Marina restaurant was open, but the resort van was not allowed to take us there! We were without a car and with a 9-month-old baby - in other words, isolated, with no options! We decided to order a delivery lunch from a restaurant in the region. New surprise: the hotel cannot lend plates and cutlery for guest use. We were given two Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. The van that takes guests to the beach was falling apart, had loose wires and the door didn't even close completely. There was a baby pantry on the third floor - for heating bottles and food. But not even a water filter is available. Furthermore, during our entire stay the place was not cleaned once! The rubbish wasn't even collected - leaving it full of mosquitoes. In the breakfast restaurant there were armchairs for babies to use - all of them were dirty! We were the ones who had to clean and remove the ants. And finally, the worst: We left a cell phone in the room that we used as a baby monitor for our baby - and it was stolen! We went for a boat trip during the day and couldn't find it again. The last location is at the hotel at the time of the tour. We informed the hotel staff, but no action has been taken so far. Not to be unfair, we were treated very well by Rita, who organized the room with railings and a bathtub for our baby. She was always very helpful and kind. Overall the hotel would have a great structure! But it's old and everything is closed out of season! There is no maintenance. It's old, not cared for. Untrained professionals. Ghost hotel feeling. It's not a resort to take advantage of the structure - if you still want to go, go by car to get away from there! And be careful with your personal items.

Hotel com instalações velhas sem manutenção necessária, academia , quadra de tênis acabada. Hotel deixa as coisas velhas para fora tudo à vista. Local com potencial incrível, mas pessimamente dirigido!
