Die gesamte Hotelanlage, das immer freundliche Personal mit eingeschlossen, ist einfach eine sehr saubere Wohlfühlanlage und ich kann diese zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die exzellente kulinarische und sehr vielfältige tägliche Büffetversorgung zum Frühstück und Abend sind ebenfalls von mir hervorzuheben. Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden und ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Kellnerinnen und Kellner (das ganze Personal), vor allem Salva, waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und nett. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 1km entfernt. Der Strand ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. In der Stadt gibt es viele kleine Gassen und Läden, Bars etc. Da wird es nie langweilig und immer etwas zu entdecken. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Everything in this hotel was nice. The rooms are large and clean, there is an excellent breakfast and dinner, pool still ok for the season, not too crowdy, quiet guests. We stayed just one night, but this was one of the nicest hotels during our 11 day trip through Andalusia.

Der Service ist hervorragend und das Personal nicht nur freundlich, sondern herzlich. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich gut aufgehoben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist an einem wunderschönen Strand gelegen, zu dem man über einen kurzen Fußweg gelangt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man kann aus drei verschiedenen Kissensorten wählen (Latex, Daunen und eine dritte Variante). Auch die Zimmermädchen begrüßen einen immer gutgelaunt und jeder ist für einen kurzen Plausch offen. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Es wird versucht, unnötiges Plastik zu vermeiden (Marmelade zum Abfüllen in kleine Schüsseln, Spender für Shampoo und ähnliches auf dem Zimmer). Ich war bisher dreimal im Herbst da und es war jedes Mal ein schöner Aufenthalt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

The hotel has three major faults. 1. They turn the air conditioning off in the winter months. This may work at times, but for early November the rooms were far too hot. Sleeping without the door wide open was difficult. Which leads to problem two… 2. They have live music outside in the courtyard every night, both flamenco (stomping) and house. If you like such music, great. If you don’t - tough. You have no choice but to participate until nearly 11:00pm every night. It vibrates through your room. 3. The buffet (both breakfast and evening on one night) were poor by comparable standards. Plenty of choice, but the food was lower quality than I would expect for a four star hotel. Some absolute basics were missing, for example bananas. The pool is good, and the rooms are comfortable other than too hot and too noisy. Of course, the arrangements might suit some, but the first two points ought to made clear to guests before booking.

Wenn man Resorts liebt, ist das ein wundervoller Platz - sehr schöne Zimmer, riesiges Essensbuffet morgens wie abends, große Bar mit Unterhaltung, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, toller Pool, schöner Strand - aber wenig individuell. Wir hatten dieses Resort als letzte Station im Rahmen einer Andalusien-Rundreise. Leider war während der Tage unseres Aufenthalts das Wetter sehr schlecht, sodass wir die zahlreichen Outdoor-Möglichkeiten nur beschränkt nutzen konnten.
