An experience to never repeat again, we made a reservation for two and then we called the hotel to extend one day and one more person, since I work in the same sector, I know how all these things work, they did not give me any problem, they gave me availability and price and I accepted without problem, everything being confirmed and clear by both parties, when the first of us arrives at the hotel, the extended day, they say no, that the reservation is for the next day and to look for something else because they are full , you can't be more despicable, the next day, they tried to cancel my reservation reporting the card as invalid, when the payment was made at the hotel, I had to call again and make sure that the same thing as the day before did not happen to me . Once there, call this establishment a hotel, that is to say a lot, plugs off the hook, buttons that do not work, insects, outdated furniture... In short, a disastrous experience that if you read this comment before booking, there are much better hostels than this hotel in Conil I am quite a regular in the area and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. DISAPPOINTING

I had a reservation for the end of June in Conil to spend a few days on vacation, due to a totally unrelated and unexpected situation (my mother-in-law's hospital admission), I request the suspension of the reservation 5 days before the start. They did not attend to me at any time, they did not accept any explanation and supporting documents, making indiscriminate use of the suspension clause. They are abusive and I will never go to that hotel and possibly not use the booking platforms for leaving customers defenseless.
