Muy buena atención, el personal fue muy atento, nos atendieron espectacular! La comida estuvo deliciosa, todo lo que pedimos estuvo muy bueno. Y el lugar muy hermoso, está frente al mar y la vista de la habitación era muy hermosa. Los espacios también estuvieron muy lindos. Súper recomendado!

Estuvimos del 31 de Octubre al 3 de Noviembre en la habitación 1. Desde el momento que hicimos la reserva todo ha sido excelente, Verónica es una persona super amable y muy pendiente de todo, el Sr Percy es excelente estuvo pendiente de todo, desde que entramos al hotel hasta que nos retiramos del mismo. La comida es excelente, todo el personal de atención es excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera, hicimos un tour por el mar y terminar con las tortugas y las personas del hotel, Verónica y el Sr Percy nos colaboraron en todo: el tour, el transporte, todo. El tour como tal excelente la atención de todos. También cuentan con transporte aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto, previa coordinación. FELICITACIONES. REGRESAREMOS !!!1

El Samay Hotel Botique was the perfect getaway for our family. This is an extremely well-maintained property, right on the beach. The staff were wonderful, especially Percy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I especially liked the ceviche de pescado! The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Since there are currently only 4 units, the staff are able to provide attentive service to everyone. I noticed that the beach in front of the property was carefully raked each morning. The area surrounding the property (Punta Sal) is safe to walk around, as is Cancas Beach and Máncora. We went on a whale watching tour, which included freshly prepared ceviche and was capped off by swimming with sea turtles.
I would not hesitate to recommend El Samay to anyone.

Das Hotel ist super schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alle Personen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Katzen und der Hase sind sehr süß. Die Zimmer und besonders das Bad sind ein Traum und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Wir haben auch zu Mittag und Abend im Hotel gegessen und auch das Essen war super und der Preis angemessen. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit direktem Strandzugang. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt und ebenfalls sehr schön. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und die Lounges drumherum sind sehr schön und einladend. Zudem bieten sie nicht nur während des Aufenthalts einen super Service, sondern auch danach. Ich hatte mein Tablet vergessen und sie haben es mir nachgeschickt, was super nett und nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Transfer zum Flughafen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben die Tage im Hotel sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und bis bald!
