Property was convenient to interstate but I feel it was overpriced for the cleanliness. Stains on furniture and worn. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Ok.

This place is NOT what I expect from a Marriott. It absolutely has not been updated since it was built probably in the 90’s (at least.) The room smelled, there was dirt and a bug on the bed, the carpets were NASTY. The ac barely blew cold and only dropped the temp of the room 1 degree in 3 hours on high. I’m so disappointed and disgusted. I had been traveling all day and just wanted to rest but I couldn’t even turn out the lights for fear of what creepy crawling things could be in the room. I didn’t even get under the covers. The worst part is that I chose this place even though it was $80 more than the Hilton property. Had I not unloaded my things already, and had a drink, I would have left and kept traveling. Marriott needs to inspect this place and look at pulling their franchise. It’s that bad. I will also make a complaint to Marriott direct.

Breakfast was terrible several days, bad smelling milk. Watery orange juice, watery gravy, mini biscuits hard. Some chicken nuggets very hard couldn’t eat. For a Marriott chain you need to have a better breakfast. Turkey sausage not even done. Our room air conditioner the top where the air comes out a the vents were broken off and dishwasher inside looked like it had been at the beach. The two air conditioners boards needed batteries blinking and you couldn’t see the display. We will be staying for next three months or more for husbands with you need to get the breakfast fixed.

The best customer service I've ever experienced! Jenn went above and beyond! Ear.y check in, fantastic local suggestions, and a surprise birthday bonus in our room when we got back. Hotel is clean and the breakfast staff was incredibly considerate. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good with a healthy option. Room had everything you need. Lobby was pleasant and smelled like clean soap. Check in was quick and easy. Easy access off interstate with plenty of convenient food, shopping and gas stations.

Staff was friendly and helpful from the time we walked throgh the door. We needed to check in a hour early and the rushed to prepare our room. The hotel is very nice, our room was very spacious and clean with unbelievably comfortable beds and a quiet yet effective air conditioner. Breakfast was hot and delicious I have eggs toast and sausage but they also had yogurt, cereal and oatmeal. I had a killer workout in their huge gym complete with full dumbell rack and then had a nice swim in teh was clean pool. I had a really great stay and I highly recommended this hotel, I would definitely stay here again!
