Trip.com messed up my booking. I was supposed to have a jacuzzi suite and their booking info did not match. Neither did the booking number. The hotel did fix it. The pool was cold, the hot tub was not working properly. The jacuzzi in the suite looked clean until we added water and used the jets, it was nasty. So we drained it and filled it again. Also the couch bed was dirty, lots of food stuck in it, and the sheets were dirty on the couch as well. The overall room was nice. Loud because of renovations.
