Hotels Near Gustaf church in Copenhagen

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Nice modern little room. Did not feel small at all. Felt comfortable and relaxed. Perfect location for vacationing and to commute to wherever you want to be with all essential public transportation nearby. Close to variety of restaurants with variety of food to try and enjoy.

The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen, facing the Town Hall Square. It is only a few steps away from the subway station. The central railway station, tram station and bus station are also just steps away. The location is very advantageous. In addition to being surrounded by restaurants, across the square is the starting point of Denmark's famous attraction 🛍️ Strøget shopping pedestrian street. The service attitude of the hotel waiters is very good. Some small business cards promoting attractions and leisure discounts are placed in the lobby for guests to pick up. The rooms for three people are very spacious. The most comfortable facilities are spare iPhone wireless devices and pop coffee. There is also a small lamp with adjustable angles at the bedside. However, the sofa bed is relatively soft and supportive. It's not powerful enough, and although it has some flaws, it's still worth recommending.

The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

The Wi-Fi in the room is too bad. Constantly got kick offline. And the pillows are too flat. Had to layer two together to sleep. If you want to find a hotel for a couple two days it would be fine. But if you plan to stay for longer, wouldn’t recommend it that much.

We arrived into Copenhagen Airport and found the train to the Centre. Need to just make sure you’re on the right platform and going in the right direction. The hotel is a very short walk and we were not disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were also very nice. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for quiet on a Saturday night stay elsewhere or shut your windows. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up. It’s very well placed for everything.

Room was relatively clean, only flaw I found was loads of hair on the shower drain but I am sure it was an unintentional omission. Furniture were functional and bed comfortable. It states they provide you with shampoo and shower gel but in reality they just gave us for 2 people, 4 sachets for 3 nights stay which was not enough and too much plastic packaging. Maybe would be worth in investing on refillable and mounted on the wall shampoo and shower gel holders? This would reduce the amount of your plastic waste? Breakfast was busy, but food was good quality and tasty. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would stay there again.

Cheap yet very effective hotel. Clean and new. Beware of a very small bathroom. Close to Royal Arena (concert venue) and other office locations. 8 minutes by walk to the metro station. 5 metro stations distance to central (20 minutes travel time) (note: if you buy Copenhagen card as a tourist, public transport is included) Very close to the airport (2 train stops-11 minutes) There is a large shopping mall with a grocery store that opens at 7 am. Hotel offers buffet style breakfast

The dissatisfaction was more a product of the price than anything. The location relative to the airport was not great: a 10-15 min drive. The area was not sketchy in the sense it made me feel unsafe but certainly way more delinquent children than expected. However, was conveniently across the road from a supermarket with multiple cheap options for eating nearby as well. The staff at the hotel itself were great. The room was dingy ++, but was scrubbed as clean as they could manage, which must have been some task as bits were falling off.

Very nice hotel for families. Spacious and very clean bedrooms. Amenities offered: shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hotel provided option for kids to stay-in in a sofa bed, which was nicely prepared in advance. Continental/european style breakfast buffet. Nice service. Hotel located 30 min oustide of city center, but well connected thru public transport (bus stop in front of hotel and train station within walking distance).
