The hotel is a bit dated. Appreciate the room with river view. Breakfast was moderate, staff friendliness could be improved.

Excellent location by the canal and easy to get around some major attractions.

Good parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

It is a good hotel and would recommend it. It is not in the heart of the city which is a walking distance to tivoli gardens about 15 minutes

It’s an ok hotel, love the location and as well helpfulness of staff. A little more attention to room cleanliness will be good, and making drinking water available after room service shouldn’t be on-demand. It’s drinking water, that which is a necessary for all guests. Missing my credit to my Hilton Bonvoy account.

Abit far from town

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

The hotel did not give payment confirmation due to its own reasons. The deposit of more than 4,000 yuan was deducted for no reason for the order that was not paid, reserved, or successfully booked. No matter how I explained, I would not listen... I have never seen this before in so many hotels. They will not discuss the deduction with you and will not reply to any phone calls... Be careful...

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was amazed by the canal side. It was comfortable and had a good view. It gave me a very good first impression of Copenhagen. The room was big enough, and the towels and bedding were new and clean.

The location is good. The river view rooms face the canal. You can swim in the canal in front of the hotel, which is a good place for locals to relax after get off work. The hotel is also not far from the central train station, about 500 meters away. It takes 10 minutes to walk.

This is the cleanest hotel I stayed in during my self-driving tour in Denmark. The hotel is next to the canal, with the sightseeing bus stopping at the door. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The thoughtful butler also gave us welcome red wine, so I decided to stay for another day.
