FOUR STAR HOTEL? When? Why? How?
Firts time getting into the room, i had to take out a small lizart. All was looking good apart from missing pillows. Went to ask from the reception, but they told me that cleaning service was not available so i had to wait until morning. So had to sleep first night with no pillow. Following day i went again asking for extra pillows, and again at lunch time, but nothing. My husband then went to get some in the afternoon, and was not leaving the reception empty handed. One hour later he got them. And no, this is not the reason for the low score. Reasons are the kids crib having a folded blanket for mattress. Ants in the bathroom. Waiting 20 min for eggs in the morning. Running out of various items at breakfast. No orange juice, no water glasses or coffee cups - they had to bring paper cups at some point - NO COFFEE apart from plain black coffee with no milk - waiting 10 min for milk for kids corn flakes, breaded potatoes were reheated from previous day, waiting forever for someone to come and clean a table to be able and sit for breakfast, not having ANY TRASH BINS in the whole hotel in all areas, apart from a few which were just for recycling, no sufficient cleaning room service... Had the Clean my Room paper on my door handle from the morning i left the room, and until 19:00 when i went back, nobody cleaned it. Despite all of these though, and the hotel being HUGELY UNDERSTAFFED, a very big WELL DONE to the staff, which were doing their best to please their guests.
