Upon arrival to my room, there were cockroaches. I immediately went back to the front counter, where I showed photos and they apologized and said they would refund my money but needed to wait for their manager since it was through a 3rd party she would be the only one authorized to do that. It's been over 2 months now with over 3 submissions to Wyndham and over 20 calls to the hotel, and still nothing!
