This service point is deducted for the kitchen. The food is really slow. After ordering dinner, I waited for almost an hour before the appetizers were served. I was so hungry. But other normal services are good. The hotel can also book motorcycles and tours directly, and they will be solved as soon as possible if there is a need. The facilities point is deducted for wifi. The night before, they said that the signal of the whole island was problematic and they were repairing it. After the repair, it turned out that only our wifi had problems and we had to go to the lobby to connect. The room is spacious and clean, with a sea view, but the beach below looks like a construction site and is not very nice. The lobby and swimming pool are quite comfortable, but the pool is also slow to serve food. Breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of food. Spa massage is not recommended. We did the combination, and it felt like no massage.

Don't choose this hotel. We were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes because of a malfunction. No one responded and no one came to repair it. Finally we came out and the hotel manager said it was common for guests to be trapped in the elevator because of the circuit problem. But they never warned us of this risk. And this should not happen, no matter if it is a circuit problem or something else. If the circuit is so bad, it should be replaced, or there should be no elevator at all. The manager also said very comfortably that there will be another day when the power is cut frequently and the guests will be warned in advance (but we did not receive a notice that day). There is no intention to improve at all. We repeatedly asked them to put a sign for repair, but they still let guests enter the elevator that the engineer was repairing. The problem with this incident is not whether the circuit is good or bad, but that the hotel management is so chaotic, knowing the safety issues but not caring about the safety of the guests, and not caring about the guest experience. And the hotel clearly admitted that it is not a five-star hotel. We are not sure whether the five-star hotel marked by Ctrip is Ctrip's or a false statement by the hotel. The good thing is that the location is good and the sunset is amazing.
