This ‘hotel’ has really gone downhill. We first visited in December 2021 and whilst it was basic it was spotless and there was an actual reception to report issues to if needs be. Now it is just a WhatsApp number. I believe the reception does open but we have no idea of times. This year I am actually disgusted at the state of the apartment, the black mould in the shower is something else, we’ve been here for 3 full days and have not spotted a housekeeper yet! There is a mop & brush on the balcony so I’m assuming housekeeping is a DIY affair? My sister has a larger family than I and is residing in a Bali Suite, it is so ill equipped in terms of basic kitchen items and utensils that she’s had to borrow from my and my mothers apartments as well as buy some items. My mother had this exact suite in 2022 and it was excellent. The WiFi is non existent. We are in room 168, and it is pitch black outside the room at night. My husband is visually impaired and he is struggling to get around. There are lights in the hotel grounds in close proximity to our room, but they are not working/ not turned on. There are so many loose/ missing tiles in the children’s pool, it requires some TLC. We were so looking forward to our visit as we had such an enjoyable one 3 years ago, however we have been severely let down and will not return. My parents are here on their tenth visit and have decided that, sadly, this is their last, I think this speaks volumes. I’m literally giving it 2 points for location.
